    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Do whatever you need to post actual evidence to support your argument. A link doesn't really count here. I haven't read this whole thread yet but it sure looks fishy on your side of the fence.

The link is a chronological order of events. It is postings and comments in other peoples own words with links to where they made such comments and posts. It is the best evidence anyone can get on the internet and it is way too much for me to bring into here. There is nothing fishy about it.
 
My side of the fence is simple. Ballbids is a legal company that some people have posted bold face lies and totally false and misleading information about. Those lies permeated through this specific forum. The information in the link provided is a factual account of this. Nothing more, nothing less.

Now again, this is not true. I have been following Fauna since the inception of Ballbids. I did not just join yesterday. There happen to be some people that I respect very much posting on this site. The majority of the element on Fauna are reasonable people that do not approve of lies and innuendo for the sake of bashing someone. Read your one guidelines people. Listen to your own Admins! Am I just not welcome here because you few say so?
 
You know, mr. byers father of one big liar, I'm pretty sure that the site would have NO problem whatsoever with you posting huge amounts of data.

In fact I'm sure there must be a Mod or two glancing this way every now and again. Is mr. byers free to post as much as he possibly can to prove his dubious innocence?

Where on that email does it say you were shut down? It doesn't, Mark. It said the site was disabled and at the time, it was...apparently due to "coffcoff" ~technical difficulties~. Don't you DARE try to twist things into something that they are not just to make yourself look better. I only posted the truth as it was given to me and I have proven that fact. You, on the other hand, have not proven anything. You can't - because your proof does not exist. If you want to run your mouth, then back it up. PROVE Ballbids is legal - as it was said earlier, put up or shut up.

BallBids IS run out of KY because that is where Zack does his business. From what I understand, MO is also a state that requires an auctioneers license. If it isn't, then please explain WHY Ballbids changed locations of the business..perhaps it was because we were RIGHT and you really do need a license in KY as we had proven? I think we all know that answer Mark.

There is a limit of 100,000 characters per post, so for all practical matters, no there is nothing preventing that aforementioned page from being duplicated here. Even if that were a limitation, such a post could be spread over multiple posts.

Now as a personal aside, I have read that page, and I believe that not everyone taking part in this conversation actually understands the applicable definitions of "fact", "evidence", "opinion", "proof", and "conjecture". Before claiming that something is a "fact" or "proof" instead of actually being "opinion" or "conjecture", it might be a real good idea to REALLY understand what those terms mean.

So you're saying that the email does not say what Kimberly and her friend (smsreptile), Shaun Sumner, of the Say No Page have posted? It is well documented that they have been saying that Ballbids was shut down by the state of Kentucky and ordered to refund money multiple times over the last 6 months. You are saying that those two have been just lying in writing on the internet about that? You are saying that their gang has just been misleading everyone based on that lie. Do you have the authority to speak for them? I agree with on one thing here; It is either one or the other. Either they are using a fake email to bolster their lies or they are just lying. Since I have direct contact with state officials I will go with the first.
As for where the business office is located is not incumbent upon Ballbids to appease anyone who lies like that. The Say No gang already posted Ballbids Corporate information on their page.

Wow, you really are not that quick on the uptake, are you. For the last time, you are speaking to Kimberly! I am NOT using a fake email..I would go as far as letting a trusted person log into my account to verify! That would not be good enough for you either. I have stated before and I will state again, the site was disabled...yes, I said it was shut down because quite frankly, that is exactly what it reads like. It's right there in black and white.

Again, more deflection on the legalities of Ballbids...not doing to good here, Mark.

By the way, have I EVER emailed you? Have I ever emailed you with threats? You and your son have stated I have. Please, tell everyone the truth about that as well.
 
Kimberly you and Shaun have posted many times the lie that Ballbids was shut down and told to refund money when in fact Ballbids had never been contacted by the state of Kentucky. I am glad to see that you are saying differently now.
