    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Perhaps you missed my name to the left.

We both know how things happened. You are here now to attempt some sort of damage control since you personally have invested your own money and time into Ballbids. It's plainly obvious by your own words and mentality that you lack any ethical stance for these animals, which all people here have been fighting for years to defend. It's people like you and your son who give ammunition to organizations like PETA and HSUS. It's a hard pill to swallow after investing so much, but Ballbids will damage our rights as reptile owners. Personally, I will continue to defend against any morally bankrupt 'company' like BallBids.
 
I will not comment on the alleged Bold Face Lies you speak about but do remember this Robin. You were part of the 25 or so mentioned above. Their attacks were many and all at one time and all coming from that same group your name is still associated with. They have be proven liars by their own written words in many cases. Call Kentucky, they can prove the other just as it is posted in the link. What more can a person do but speak the facts? If you choose to ignore the facts that is on you and unfortunately in many documented cases that is what people have chosen to do. Ballbids is a legal business, kike it or not. But I say don't lie about it and don't allow people to speak without facts. Is that too much to ask of anyone?

Do you even know what you're typing or to who? You can't even get names straight and they're right there in writing. You're trying to save face on a farce of a company, (if it can even be called a company), and not even reading what people have written. You've got money invested and therefore are trying to make it seem like Ballbids is on the up and up. When clearly it is not.

I have verbally spoken with everyone involved in that situation at the State of Kentucky. I have the chain of emails to prove my verbal conversations. Within that chain is Ms Kennedy stating without question that your email is faked. And you just write in here that I am a liar? You are way too much for me. I don't lie about anything.

Just so everybody knows, mkidesigns is, by his own admission, the website of the programmer who helps keep ballbids up and running. So take anything seen there with the grain of salt it deserves. I personally have seen how he and the Byers family seem to think their words are gospel while anyone else's opinion is just lies so I for one will never again support anything to do with them or their websites.

If I had money invested in this it would be none of your business bus since you mention it, I can tell you that I don't yet.

Finally a bit of truth! Yes Marty Kerstetter http://mkidesigns.info/sayno.php is Ballbids web programmer and designer! He is very good at what he does and has been very helpful with exposing the true liars in and their own written words and internet postings. And I would not take that with a grain of salt.

PROFESSIONALLY? The email your son sent me, when copied straight from my inbox to this forum got me an emailed warning from forum managers because of the language your son directed at me because I called foul over a problem he denied until he couldn't any longer. The fact that his site tends to freeze in the last seconds of just about every auction. First it was one of us supposedly causing it to freeze by using third party software. Now its the "overwhelming" activity during an auction that only had 59 bids! I've seen all of your, his and his programmer's juvenile attacks on the say no page. I've heard every lie and half truth you guys have put out there. I think there are enough facts on any respectable reptile site to proof what a bunch of goofballs you guys really are so if you really want to keep digging yourselves in deeper, go ahead.

Actually I HAVE called. I was told they do not keep emails in their system after a period of time (He did not say how long). So you tell me Mark, if she could not reference said email, after SIX MONTHS, it's entirely possible she did not remember our conversation. Saying my email is a fake after i posted VIDEO proof of my inbox with the email in plain sight just shows your lack of comprehension.
You produced an email, which was posted by the SAME person who does the graphics and programming for your website - THAT in itself is suspect (to me anyway).
You are out of line and obviously on some sort of vendetta because BB is not welcomed with open arms like you thought it would be.

I was calling you, your son and his programmer the goofballs. Remember I have personally witnessed your son's professionalism. I do not take well to being called a vulgar name because I wouldn't accept him telling me I didn't see what I plainly saw not once but on several occasions. I have seen my negative comments deleted from both his and his programmer's Facebook pages and I have personally been restricted from making any other comments there out of fear that somebody will see them before they can be deleted. I know the truth about Ballbids and will not stand quietly by and let you guys keep trying to slide by under the radar with all of your unbusinesslike tactics.

I can assure you that they have kept that email. I doubt very seriously that they delete and not archive anyway. Ballbids does not expect any open arms but know this; Ballbids does not need an invitation from you to conduct business either. Ballbids does not expect people in these forums to lie and fabricate in their personal attempt to interfere with legal business. Is this too much to require?
