So I found a member on another forum that cannot be mentioned here, and he is working on a Highway project. This person is located exactly where the GPS coordinates puts that photo quoted above. Here is one of his pictures someone helped this member upload. Does the background look familiar?

Yes, his name is Bill Brant and he took the photo above. He is heavily into this project, from the same place "Sebastians" pic leads us too, also owns an iphone, and I have contacted him regarding the photos.

The 6 hr part didn't click...Strictly's is in Hollywood, so that's out.
As far as why he hasn't been banned - for the same reason that any other person with a bad guy thread isn't banned...he hasn't accumulated enough infraction points to make it happen.

Actually met this guy on another website, checked out his site, and immediately recognized quite a few of the pics from google or other websites. I mentioned it to him, then PM's him about it, but never got a reply, and he never showed up there again... Most of the pics I recognized are taken down by now.
