Way to lose the sympathy vote.It just seems noteworthy that 2 new accounts would be created on the same day, to complain about a seller who, incidentally, also created a new account that day.
The new account is due to being the owner of the company (which I did not own many years ago when I created the forgotten, personal username). I felt necessary to represent myself appropriately, since it is my company (The Serpentarium) that is being attacked.
Example: If someone were to own two companies and one was being attacked, it wouldn't make sense to login as the business that wasn't being attacked. If anything, I feel it would cause confusion(?)
I simply wanted to represent myself appropriately, as the rules of the site clearly point out.
Thanks,
Robert Coral

You made a conscious choice to represent yourself "appropriately", and avoid confusion, by not using a screen name which you just claimed to have forgotten all about? Your reasoning sounds a bit conflicted, to me.The new account is due to being the owner of the company (which I did not own many years ago when I created the forgotten, personal username). I believe that the site's rules still state that there should only be one account per user.I simply wanted to represent myself appropriately, as the rules of the site clearly point out.

covered in red bumpy scabs
I do have pictures of the snake
When you first came in to pick up the snake for the first time, the very first thing that I said and pointed out to you was the TWO (it was not covered in blisters) small bumps on its back by the tail.
Robert, just give me a 10 minute shopping spree and I will forgive you.
No crap dude, and I chose to LEAVE the store with the snake and seek help for him! That was and is my decision dude! I don't want the refund obviously the snake is doing amazing things at this point from a gracious hand from GBU Enterprises Inc. Need I mention FREE OF CHARGE...See this is how Americans, do things they help one another, not just cut and dry actions to benefit ones self.
Obviously you don't care for the green rat because you are fixated on the return portion of this whole thing, which was only and addition to evidence that he does not give a crap for animals, or any species thereof. The point being made was he screwed up, and he should have helped. Done, end of story.
Like I stated earlier, I took the snake to GBU Enterprises in lodi, CA and they are caring for him as we speak. "FREE OF CHARGE" There is a timeline here, and I am sure you can figure out that partif not ill simplify it...no refund, oh k crap what now? hmm??????, thanks GBU!!!!!![]()
Beware of this place, bought a Red Tail Green Rat Snake fromRobert who owns the "Museum" which was supposed to be "Captive Bred" Instead he is a Wild Caught Snake from Asia. Which means death is likely in his future in captivity. When I got him from
The Serpentarium he was covered in red bumpy scabs, Robert said it will go away no big deal. It ended up being a combo of Blisters, parasites, and a upper respiratory infection. I asked Robert to give me a refund to pay for the snakes Vet care, and he said no. Only a refund if I give him the snake to be euthanized, and or sent back the shipper where his fate would be clear, ending in death... No compassion from this guy. I would not be on here right now but having been lied to, not to mention payed more for a Captive Born animal, and last but not least the care of the snake was left up to me whatever finances needed to try and bring him back to a healthy state.....

Sociopath - A person with a personality disorder manifesting itself in extreme antisocial attitudes and behavior and a lack of conscience.
Read all of your posts, then read mine. Who better fits the above description?
Again, I hope the best for your snake.

Seems to me, this is just another case of a seller being hounded by an unreasonable, irrationally thinking customer.
Mr. Coral seems to be responding to even the most dogmatic of inquiries/pokes in a respectful & reasonable way. If anything, this thread has showed that the OP is the one to not deal with, and Robert seems to be the one looking good as a result.
I am the only one concerned with the op's blatant lie? Earth to Brandon! You claim to want a refund for vet bills then come on here and tell us someone is doing it for free? Me thinks your not too bright.
Personally I think you are behaving quite nicely , especially for a social-path.
Agreed David. The op has said a few different things in his story and proves himself to be a liar.
@op
You are being irrational and foolish. You are contradicting yourself and changing your story. IMHO you are a gold digger and don't care about that snake.
