I don't know fr sure. Both girls he bred slugged, not his fault for sure he worked them good. Maybe he was young but I doubt it. Anyway let me mull it over, it's just that when we last text I was cleaning cages and trying to organize litters in proper shelves and just my mind was nuts. I want to take care of you in a way cause he should of performed and maybe it's my fault he didn't..in the event I send the t what do we do with future litters...

Considering you have already refused to send her pictures or any other sort of proof that her snake is indeed doing what you say it is doing (very shady and screams wrong-doing, in my opinion), I don't consider this that harsh of a punishment. Why would you want to "punish" her anyways? All she is asking is for is an update of her snake. After all of your failed attempts at twisting words in the messages above that Jendee posted, the best thing for you would probably be to step up and actually post some pictures of the snake.

She wasn't saying she only contacted you on Christmas day. No, no you said that. She said she tried to contact you twice the week before Christmas also.

I would also like to point out that you made it sound like she was really harassing you on Christmas but from your text it looks like you were working anyway. So it's okay to try and sell stuff while " making videos of your 9 month old's first Christmas" but for forbid someone try to get resolution out of you. It was never explicitly stated that there were any circumstances under which she'd have to forfeit your rent payment. There's definitely a lot being made up, unfortunately, it's all coming from your side of the fence. Stop being a petulant child and return her snake. You have ZERO claim over the VPI that you gave her.

Stick to your agreements Jendee. Here's everything you all need to know about whats happened here. this is the stem of the issue and its all her lies and me forcing her to stick to the agreement. but first let me state that in my last photo you saw i did update her on her male, the day after xmas. When i said something like he's doing the same. i have 3 breeding loans out this season and thats been as good an update as ive got too. if she wants more she should stop being a douche bag about it and ask nicely.

Here's my question and her direct reply about the VPI male as it pertains to 2013 breeding season and the Squaretail loan. EVERYTHING on this thread rides on this photo because the reason I am angry at her and this whole situation is shes such a BOLD FACE LIAR. why i dont want to even deal with her and she should send me back my VPI, why I am forced to still breed him to recover my expense. Why she wants to change her mind and think its OK is beyond any normal human. Jendee you're going to LEARN that when you ask something from someone and you're paid, that you are going to stick to it. Manny it is funny you bring me up clearly have me confused with a boa factory that over produces and over prices animals and throws on some fancy lineage to fool newbies into purchasing an amazing boa oops that's you.

Aside from that I am by no means a boa factory like yourself I have a collection of something around 15 boas or less at the moment and only two adult females neither of which have or will ever have plans for a Square tail pairing. So in case you were wondering there was never, have never, and will never be any intentions of using her Sq Tail or any Sq Tails in any of my projects. So you can have that set of projects all to yourself buddy

It's nice to see that some things never change. Our integrity-challenged friend, manny, definitely sticks to his lame modus operandi. When you've shown your ass and made it abundantly clear that you are indeed as worthless as many of us believe you to be, you decide to go on the attack. Poorly, I might add. When you have the mental capacity of an adolescent, and it takes sincere effort to even figure out what your ramblings mean, they lose much of their sting.

I don't have a big name. Only done a handful of deals. I also don't have your delusions of grandeur, or your inability to tell the truth, when there's more to be gained by lying. It is a bit vindictive of me, but pointing out the facts, if he hasn't shipped me my snake by then I expect it there, hell be in my neighborhood. Im going to the show anyway to see all my boa buddys and for the after party. been planning it for awhile now, this wont change that.
