Shannon is awesome and such an asset and I know she'd never buy from someone she knew was bad. As she said "I don't know anything about her other than she had a Sonoran whip snake and I wanted it." When she says that's all she knew, I'm confident she meant it (not that she needs any defense from me, just throwing that point out there).

But back to Sierra, I will said that I honestly don't trust her after all her lies, does that mean I think she's a scammer? No, I honestly don't think she ever tried to scam anyone on purpose. Though I will say her changing the names of the morphs and adding hets did not score her any points, but I can chalk that up to a noob mistake.

I will say I truly don't believe Sienna is real, but at this point I don't think that really matters. I will say rehashing this thread was probably a poor move on her part cause now more is getting rehashed and just adding more doubt to our minds. I think her intent was to patch things up.

My biggest issue was the breeding of snakes that were too young and too small, that really bothered me and the fact that she didn't take the advice of others. This was not advice as to whether newspaper or cypress was better for a ball python, this was a serious risk to the life of that animal. Again, could be a noobie mistake, but one I have a hard time forgiving.

I know we've all made mistakes and I do hope she learns from these mistakes, becomes more honest and realizes that lies on top of lies are pretty easy to pick out. I can't remember who (and I truly don't feel like digging it back up right now) but someone commented about personality disorders, while pathological lying is a symptom of many of the personality disorders, there is much more needed to actually get a diagnosis, so to me having one symptom does not mean you automatically have the disorder.

RoyalPythonPros/Brian, I'm not fond of how you claim to be in law enforcement and then say that this inquiry is evidence enough. You cannot tell me this would hold up in a court of law, we have a lot of suspicious behavior on the part of Sierra, but that does not get her a guilty sentence. At this point most of what you've said is hearsay and you must know that can't be used in court. Your first post was fine and I could understand you being annoyed with people thinking you're her, but then to start making wild accusations with zero evidence to back them up really hurts your credibility.

Sierra, I do hope you learned from this and can grow and become more well versed in the ethics of this hobby and will not lie anymore. While I can't trust you at this time, I would not put you on a bad guy list, but instead someone I would be cautious of dealing with, but I hope you can change that in time.

Interesting that someone who's very clearly aware of the BOI's existence would somehow choose to not put it to use in researching this particular trading partner. Searches for both her full name and user name yield very few results, 2 and 3, respectively. Not exactly a mass of threads to sift through. You have so many wonderful things to say about yourself and how you feel about the Bad Guys, yet somehow Sierra managed to slip through the cracks and not find her way on to your phone list.

Without having read this thread comprehensively, you still feel good about implying that her actions can be simplified into being nothing more than a function of her immaturity? Certainly seems like a defense, to me. In my eyes, everything that she's done has shown a heightened capacity to make the conscious choice to proceed in any given direction with intent to deceive. That is the cornerstone of any given scammer's operation. Although, I'm sure she appreciates the fact that some of you are quick to dismiss her actions as a matter of age.

I'm open to admitting the possibility that you somehow did business with her without knowing of this thread, but your continued efforts to minimize her transgressions makes me believe that my initial interpretation isn't very far from the mark. I stand by my previous post.

When you look at her ad and click to search the BOI you'll find it this will not come up since the original inquiry was for "Sienna" aka "Boagirl" I think this would be an easy thing to miss.

Stephen, do keep in mind that it was Sierra that rehashed this thread and others chimed in. A lot of this has proof to back it up, the Sienna thing has no proof, but what does is stuff like the breeding the boa too young and mislabeling a snake.

Quite honestly I tend to avoid doing business with someone under the age of 18 unless I know them, or it is a cheaper animal simply for legal reasons. It's much more difficult to fight a minor than an adult in court. There are some minors that I would do business with, but she is one I would think twice about for now, she is not innocent in this for sure (and she has admitted this). I'm willing to wait and see what happens and see if she redeems herself, but for now I'm airing on the side of caution.

The reason people discuss this kind of stuff is because they want to get to the bottom of the truth. Most people here do not make wild accusations, the Brian guy that did was chastised for it because if you're going to make an accusation you better have proof to back it up.

I'm open to admitting the possibility that MAYBE slingfest was the wrong word choice! I am SORRY. I had no idea one small word that I typed out in a matter of seconds and did not think twice about would have such an effect. I should have picked my words better. Have you ever chosen the wrong word before? We will have to agree to disagree. I do not have the time for a debate, as much as I love a good debate, I have too much work to justify spending more than a minute or so here. Again I do not have time to read this thread THOUROUGHLY. I have skimmed it. It took me almost 4 hours to read thomas's thread. And for the record, I do a BOI search on every single person I do business with. Whether it is my animals, or my art I am buying/selling. It has saved me numerous times. I would NEVER ship first if even slightly worried. But honestly, I don't always find what I am looking for. Heck sometimes I can't even locate a thread I already saw on here and am trying to pull it back up. I am sorry you feel the way you do. We can agree to disagree, because I don't have time to keep dwelling on this subject and at this point I feel that nothing I can add to this thread will help anything, or convince you that I am not worth all of the time and effort you are spending picking apart my posts and word choices. And there is just no possibility that Sienna exists. It pains me to list these incredibly obvious clues, but apparently Sierra is ignoring them:

They have practically the same name and EXACTLY the same birthday. I appreciate how imaginative you are Sierra, but nobody is best friends with somebody who has their exact birthday AND almost their exact name. Especially the names Sierra and Sienna, which aren't exactly the Brittany and Jessica level of common.

Aside from those points, I wanted to add that pine is not toxic, and the symptoms described do not describe a snake experiencing a toxic reaction from wood phenols. Cedar is toxic, and there are symptoms for it that you can look up. Pine is not toxic. Whatever that snake died from, it wasn't the pine, unless it was choking on it.

Sierra, you seem like a nice girl who can do good business but can't own up to her mistakes. You really should come clean, because the constant denial of your lies is making you look both mentally unstable and untrustworthy. Even if it's embarrassing, it will do you so much good. You have some positive transactions on your side already, but anyone who reads this thread will not do business with you.

If she proves out, her value will shoot to the skies and wake up a lot of people to realize the potential this morph has. A few friends of mine who work with Jaguars have estimated her value to be about $3000 at her age and size.

The ball python that sierra is auctioning is a 66% het clown 50% posshet albino. I produced them myself from a dh albino/clown to a het clown. Both of the parents are proven 100% het clowns and the mother was recently proved out to be a het albino as well. I hope I helped. Sierra purchased this snake from me off of CL which is my preferred method of selling because I do not ship animals and prefer in person sales only. Thank you.

Actually, it was. And yes, when you get a response to ANY craigslist ad the email addresses are hidden. I sent replies to get peoples names and though I did get more info, I did not get names so I'm not going to post them. But I never saw the entire Shawn Anderson thing going on until now and I know someone by that name in my area that I know doesn't deal with snakes of any kind. So I'm guessing there must be another and I want Sierra to set up a meet. I just don't get why anyone breeding and selling BP's wouldn't want their email address known, to me that would mean they don't want business.
