Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy GerriDrews wont make good on transaction gone wrong

Mike it is an amazingly well put together BOI thread! I don't know how she figures YOU were the dishonest party in this transaction. She even addmitted to the fact that she didn't pack them! When she changed the add she should have refunded your money and apologized. According to the revised add (my thought is) she never had the quanity to fill your order when she took your overpayment...

glad you got her a link. Wether she sells nothig never again or ends up selling ANYTHING in the future this BOI will be here for all of her customers, employers and friends to read how she conducts her self.
 
I dont think she did it was any intent on this being the outcome I do think it was a mistake but the mistake was on her part if she changed the ad she should of told me. would of gladly backed out no harm no foul.this was most likely because of another mistake she was making in thinking 1000 mixed roaches weighs 1000 grams.in the text I double check on the 11000 GRAMS and also reference it as about 25 pounds of roaches.that was clearly not shipped even with the 2nd shipment.
as for her reaction to the DOA she was completely at fault for that considering total live (still some more died within a few days) we got 7500 grams 3500 grams less then what we paid for at about $73 per 1000 grams I think only asking for $219 was generous it should of been closer to $300 (also offered for her just to give me $200 to be done with it)
paypal wouldnt do anything because it was outside of Ebay and live insects but they will go by my banks ruling on the matter so im confidant my bank will take care of the problem.
I have truly lost confidence in paypal.if she had sent me an empty box it would of been the same result.
 
I got a phone call from Gerri think it was Wednesday 4/3 or Thursday 4/4
wile I was on vacation informing me that shes going to try and take me to court.
Im guessing I won the bank chargeback and paypal took it from her I dont know havnt heard word from my bank.
my guess is shes reaching because she was telling me that I would have to go down to her state and show up and it would cost x amount of money and to just drop the case.
well Im not I hope she gets hit with a chargeback and if she does try and take me to court I still have all the videos,texts,and pictures along with this thread to back me up.
wouldnt mind another Vacation lol

I'm pretty sure you would have to be issued with charges in person anyway. I'd like to see her pony up the fee for that.
 
I guess this is me winning the chargeback. paypal or my bank hasnt told me otherwise just that its closed.
