    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Barbie - Dubia Fraud-BUYER BEWARE

Close. She added in extra adult females for two reasons. 1) to make up for delaying shipping and 2) to make up for having closer to 15k babies, not closer to 20. You can see both of that in the text.

Yes the refund I asked her for was $840.

All i know is i do not know this man. he has upped the amount that the order was short several times and is belligerent via text. I have contacted paypal about the dispute and i am going through the motions. I have never had a bad sale and if a reptile arrived with a problem (has only happened one time) i gave a refund. I would be willing to work this out at a resonable number for the ones i did not count myself but the buyer has already tried to despute the who transaction and now we are dealing with paypal.

Anyone else wanting to see these rude and belligerent text messages from the buyer? As far as from what I've seen he's been quite courteous during this transaction.
 
I saw the text messages, as I've read the entire thread.

Barbie is claiming that the buyer has been harassing her and being rude during texts. I didn't see any, so I'm curious as to what she's going on about.
 
On a side note, I think the op should edit the pictures because putting her personal phone number out there is not right.
 
Paypal dispute will settle it all, as paypal will side with the OP most the time one perishables as they have no seller protection on these transactions

The op has said a couple of times that he only posted 75% of the texts. I wonder why he hasn't posted the other 25%.
 
That much money involved and that amount of dubia,ship overnight and you will never have these issues. Its about $100 for that amount,maybe a bit more.
If your still breeding dubia,send op more and be done with it.If not,refund a partial,you made good money on that amount.You can afford to take a small hit in the pocket. It sucks if your being honest and op is not,but you'll look better in the end and keeps more buyers this way. If your basing the time frame he had alone with the dubia's,maybe your agreement should have been for op to video him opening the box.:) I do this when i get any boa sent to me. This way its on tape. I would have done this if i were spending $1000 on Dubia's.

I will post the rest 1/4 soon, not hiding anything. And yes, the texts get more serious and a takes a different tone is taken when I realize she is going to try and stick me with this loss, and play coy with me. When you rip people off, people get really pissed off.

Well she presented to me she been in business for 6 years doing this. I'm assuming then, this number would be considered her business number, not personal. Also BTW, she post her number in the original post to sell dubia for alll to see. So I'm not trying to put out there anything that is not already. Thanks
 
Sorry I was unable to get on yesterday my mom really is in the hospital sucky to say. So to start I asked for the buyer to either call while opening or to video while opening because I like to see the shipment be opened to cover myself from this kind of situation. That is in the paypal agreement in writing. The buyer knows I have more dubia and I think that's why he origionally wanted more shipped I found out after he got angry he is also a breeder wich he had lied about when we made the deal. In my opinion this buyer took part of the shipment and stole it before recording. What he has looks nothing like what I shipped.

I really want him to post the other messages he goes crazy and says really messed up stuff.

I really wanted to help and was willing to compromise for the part I did not personally count. But when a shipment I knew was right goes out and the buyer says its over half short im not willing to compensate for that its a scam. I wont do it.
 
And I have only been in the reptile business for six years breeding bearded dragons I got all this dubia through a buddy and they have worked out well for me since Dec. for feeding and some sales.
 
Dont matter whats in your agreement, PAYPAL does NOT cover Live animals/critters of any kind. If he files a dispute your SOL 9 times out of 10
 
I handed counted the 1000 female breeders the 200 male breeders the 2500 med and through in the larges for extra to be nice and my weight on the small nymphs was just over 300 grams if I remember right it was like 307 grams. I would have been willing to refund for what I did not count myself and I thought that was fair.

If Justin would post the other messages you can see why I stopped dealing with him. He refused the offer I gave and became very angry and even rude making statements that were way out of line. He texted repeatedly after I asked him to stop over and over.

This is the only way I could get them on here I text them to my email then copy and paste them erased my personal phone number for privacy. Not all of it came through that is why I want him to post because their was a lot more were that came from including me calling him out for lying right off the bat to me about being a breeder.
 
Im only saying that on the paypal it says he is to video WHILE opening the boxes not after. And he agreed. But I have no video from him till after he opened them I think he dumped part of the shipment into his own bins then started recording.
 
Barbie 300 grams would be closer to 7500 nymphs averaging 1/4 (babies)
we control count our baby nymphs every sunday for monday shipping they have never been lower then 40 grams per 1k and up to 55-60grams before we consider them the next size up

The messages came out bad doing it that way sorry but he calls me a meth addict says im stupid. Admits to being a breeder messages me the same message "refund my money" at least 20 times and yells so loud that I cant understand him on the phone. I tried to reason until the meth comment.
