Did I say it was given 20 ml of Vit A??? If so quote me where I did?? Wait... I didnt, I was referring to the antibiotic... And I'm sorry I wasn't right at my fridge looking at the dosage I use for my antibiotics and Vit A (that was sarcasm incase you didnt get it). The dosage for my 17 gram Ally snapper is .07 ml for both the antibiotic and Vit A... I was merely using my experience with my baby to show what dosage my vet prescribed...

I got antibiotics for my 2 ally snappers, and it WAS NOT 20 ml injection...It as like 7 ml as was the Vit A by mouth that I got

grammatically speaking, the way that sentence reads is that the "as was" refers to both the antibiotic in addition to the Vit A by mouth... basically you are saying your turtle was given 7ml of Vit A by mouth in addition to 7ml of antibiotic. either way, no 7ml of anything was given to a 17 g turtle... impossible to fit that much into them.

Well if you notice dead was in quotes... Guess you don't know what that means, but since you obviously dont know, it means I don't believe it is dead. hince the quotations Pretty sure everyone knows that

And if you read the article it said he sold them as pets not scientific purpose, which I'm sure the officer coxed him into saying that. I work in law enforcement so I would know. If I go undercover to any reptile show and people are selling them under size and I say "oh I can have it as a pet?' And they reply yes I should automatically go report them and they be arrested? I didn't see anything about animal abuse in that article....

And if you want to make criminal history relevant, which in this case has nothing to do with selling sick turtles, then the dosage the vet gave is very much relevant and your point about that its moot...

What would cause the eyes to become crusted shut about 20 days in from the purchase date?

Also, the vet states it is a Vit A/D injection 0.01CC diluted to 1:10. Is this dilution still considered lethal? I suppose we still don't know the concentration before dilution but I assume there is a standard amount of mg or mcg per ml.

Thats actually the opposite of how they did me they bought it and signed a contract stateing it was fro scientific or educational research and even admitted that under oath in Trial ! yet the detective then lied and sai to jury but as he walked away he told me it was a pet for his 7 year old son wich was his Complete Lie !!! even if it was true I didnt break the law I can attack him legally and take the turtle back he now owns but its didnt pan out that way for 1 baby red ear and 3.00 container of food cost me 45k and 1 year in prison for a Liar of a agent !! its all in Transcripts since Laura wants to play judge Laura feel free to buy the transcripts from the case and judge all that . 2 against where impeached in my case and trial and Judge didnt care or do anything about that nor did the Jury . and EXACTLY NOTHING WAS said about bad animal CARE !! Nice try Laura

Nice he did not send me these 3 pages but now that we can all see it He claimed to me on phone and I think in bad guy report here that teh Turtle never ate from day one was sick and almost dead day it arrived It now shows over 1 month and week later the turtle was still EATING wiach was a good sign Vet said but was sick now with swollen eyes My point exactly this man had his turtle unfortunatly it got sick and he put his blame off on Me !! not that he should be blamed it happens to the best of Im sure you would agree Nickolas no matter ow good we care fro there is always room to get sick just like in Humans no one lives without ever being sick or issues its life is it a need to blame someone for it NO John has proven himself now that we can see the final Vet papers nothing in them shows Im at fault for anything

This all proves John has lied about the condition of the turtle when getting it from me and that it did in fact get sick in his care . John claims turtle never ate from day one to me and I think on here now Vet says it ate 1 month and week later kinda weird if you ask me . Sounds like John made mistakes or just freak incident it got sick wich does happen nothing here states IM a bad guy and purposely sold John bad turtle like hes claiming here . and in besides all the facts now shown John still cant buy then claim 2 months 5 days later its my fault and call me for teh First time to claim this against Me that PROVES right there John had a healthy turtle it got sick n his hands and after trying to save it and seeing he was about to lose it and teh vet bills he in last attempts tried to get a replacement by Lie'ing and calling me saying I sold him a sick turtle when I refused to give him one free he got mad and made this BAD GUY post plain and simple anyone reading this today can see this

You get your turtle from Me Oct 9th . are happy with it then in your care 1 month later it gets swollen eyes and little lethargic due to what ever reason 8 days later You take it to vet to save it Nov 16th Turtle is still eating at this point ! you try your best you claim to save it . 1 more month goes by and you call me to claim that your turtle was sick and never ate from 1st day you received it and that its shell was Moosh and falling apart and you want it replaced wich the Vet proved you lied about the EATING part at this point and the turtle in fact not being sick when you got it from ME . then I refuse to give you a free turtle but offer a discounted one heavily shipped you get angry and post a bad guy post !!! So at 2 months and 5 days after he received his turtle John calls me and this all takes place !! John at what point do you assume responsibilty of your turtle and when is mine over ?? where you going to raise this turtle and call me 10 years later also to say it has a cyst or has this or that also ?? when does it end !! John you have proven this case and so have I Your a out right LIAR !!!! Thank You for pointing that out with proof from the VET bills to match to your claim and story .

Thats not the case I didnt believe john was going to be honest I though the was honestly going to try and fake the paperwork or have his vet fake it wich I would be the 1 to know if it was fake considiering Me and John are the only ones who know truly the turtles health when he received it therefore I would know if the vet was lieing if that makes any sense and this Vet paper can be Very wrong who knows Im only going on the Fact of the DATE and FACT that the Turtle did EAT as VET said and WHY you ask I believe VET PAPER on eating ?? Because the Vet did not put that turtle in water and a setup to feed it HE took JOHNS word on that so John busted himself out is what I meant I wasnt going by anything the vet said other then what John told that Vet !! you see the truth always comes out . so please dont try and make me out to be the Liar here or like im pulling double standard crap cause Im not !!

I havnt cared to go to teh extent to actually call the vet so No I wouldnt take the papers as 100% truth either till I investigated it myself !! anyone can type up these papers or take a receipt and blank out and retype it these days either way in this case John proved he was lieing weather paoers where fake or real with teh eating part and when turtle got sick
