    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I need my profile deleted ASAP please.

I know all I am saying is that he claimed that I can be deleted with a court order so I wish to know exactly about what kind of court order he needs.

First you say you can get the order, then you admit you are clueless.


You might either let the thread die down, or make efforts to change the way you interact with people. If this experience gets you to do that, then that will be good for you and good for us.
 
There are endless numbers of people here who have promised to take their matters to court. If you just search the words "court", "sue", "law enforcement", etc., you should have plenty of references to follow. There's even a Judge Judy thing in the BOI right now. Maybe that guy could help you out. However, just the threat is usually enough to make Rich back down. :rofl:

At one time I was actually considering setting up one of those displays like you see in some factories indicating the number of days that have elapsed without an accident. But mine was going to be the number of days since the last threatened lawsuit instead. :rolleyes:

What a half-hearted meltdown. If you're gonna throw a fit, at least have the decency to make a good show of kicking and screaming. I'm sure many of us could use a good laugh.

Figure it out smart guy. Your posts are here to stay, and you said it yourself, they are PERMANENT...So you are SOL, and you signed off on that when you agreed to join this site. Read all the TOS before you post, then you might not put yourself in such a crappy situation...

Or you might, just because you're not smart enough to know not to troll and act a fool on a public website that can and will get looked at by other people. :thumbsup:

Now, between this guy and a couple of the boi posts I think we can call 2014 the year of the psychotic.
 
Them there court order things sound pretty neat. They can get you all kinds of things. I think I'll run down to the court house on Monday and get a me a few. They might come in handy some day. Can anybody tell me what I need to do to get em?

I hope this is a well learned lesson.

And for the record, requiring people's names and locations actually cuts down (or does it? Full moon!) on the trolling and the ridiculous stuff.

Because, who wants their name associated with crazy profane things? Especially with the power of google!

If you're wanting this taken down because of a potential job or even a probation officer review or something like that?? I suggest instead of making demands that you simply try and apologize and start acting right. Be a good person and you'll go far.
