But...but...I thought that was my house!

As for those of you saying this isn't the same chameleon I would like to know what you are basing your observation on and how long you have been involved with the raising and keeping of chameleons please. I simply want to understand your level of expertise in chameleons and the various color changes and phases of the Ambilobe panther in particular.
Totally an honest mistake. Happens all the time.
But you only received it four days earlier and posted about it on a forum.

You know, there is a very low tolerance for deceivers here.

How about for false accusation?![]()
She actually said she bought it from another breeder as a Nosy be and when she got it it was about a week old if it was lucky. If that is the case there's no way she only had that chameleon for 4 days. She is asking for help on locale because as it grew and colored up you can tell it's definitely not a Nosy be. It looks pure Ambilobe to me. So I think you messed up on your gotcha Dennis.
She is a picture stealer but what do your posts have to do with that?

So the point that she just purchased the Cham and then was advertising it as one of her babies just about ready to go was completely missed when you read it. I think my "gotcha" was fine.

So Kerri, let me ask you a question.
On your facebook page on July 20th 2013 you posted this ad of your babies that were ready to go.
But you only received it four days earlier and posted about it on a forum.

According to her post on the other forum she got it as a hatchling and raised it to that age. You accuse her of only having it for 4 days. So want to try again.
Currently I have mutiple clutches of Ambi eggs going and two clutches of Nosey Be. I will also be breeding My outstanding Nosey Be female to a powder blue male. Look for upcoming annoucements of babies and bloodlines to come.
One of the Boys just about ready to go. Starting to color up I'll hold him about another month and he'll be ready to ship. I prefer not to sell them until they are about 6 months. This way you have an idea of what they will look like and a great head start out of the delicate baby stage!
Hey guys this cham was sold to me as a nosey Be baby. Now this was a nightmare from the get go. Breeder shipped out babies that MIGHT have been a week old, but I doubt it. So somehow thanks be to miracles this baby survived and is coloring up. Now this is the first Nosey Be I've had so I am wondering do they always show this much color, because if this had come out of my female I'd have been a proud parent of a smoking colored ambi. I think the little guy is about 4 months old in the pict.
SO experienced Nosey people, what do you think?
I tried a search, but couldn't find anything that really addressed this topic with pictures so I could judge for myself.
Fair enough Derek, but her ad does make it sound like its one of her babies that she hatched. She says "one of the boys.."
Yes, shes a picture stealer, she is also a liar (which, I guess all picture thiefs are). But, even when confronted, she continues to lie and make excuses. Probably not the type of person you'd want to do business with
How exactly does that mean she hatched it herself? What is she supposed to say here is one of the boys that I bought from another breeder at a week old raised up and is ready to go?
I wouldn't do business with her because she looks so stupid trying to say that picture was hers and that the 2 Chameleons just look alike. There isn't any doubt unless your blind she swiped the picture.
Dennis was completely wrong with his accusation that she only had the cham for 4 days. Plenty of people who resell animals don't say they got it from someone else when they sell it. I have sold plenty of chameleons that were resold and nobody put my info in the ad. I'm fine with hammering her for the pic stealing she deserves it and then trying to deny it was dumb but attacking her for things she didn't do is BS and it happens on here a lot.
Yes I did but the point was
She had just posted the same Cham 4 days earlier stating she received it from somewhere else.
Which to everyone on the forum stated it was a Ambilobe.

I'm sorry Derek. I must have been completely mistaken. When you put up pictures of your sires and sell babies it is completely OK to say they are your babies almost ready to go and pretend that they are from your clutches. My bad.
I guess that is just dandy. With all other reptiles and animals that just makes you a liar. I will keep in mind that doesn't apply in the Chameleons.
Thanks for setting me straight.
