    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I will actually be surprised if he comes back, at least with that account.
 
I was told by you I was blocked. I also received a cease and desist letter from Anthonys Lawyer The Saighman Lawfirm. I am unable to post anything further to prove my case it will have to be done in court. I was told I have 7 days to delete this post but lack the capability to do so. For proof of cease and desist letter please contact me directly Fauna you obviously have my phone number due to this thread. Or you can contact AC's attourney at 816-561-2300. This is my attempt to remove this post per legal request. If this remains past the 7 day period I have done as much as I possibly could to comply with Anthonys attourney. I will however be persuing this matter further just in private not over message boards or social media.

POST THAT LETTER! Was there a court order to "cease and desist"? Since when does a "lawyer" have that autority? You have seven days? On who's authority?
 
No problem will hop on and do that now. I'm no lawyer so when I was initially contacted I just avoided this forum regardless of what was being said about me I said I would wait for proof in writing since ac threatened legal counsel over a week ago I received the letter today that was sent out on the second. Maybe some of you are better lawyers than myself. I turned this all over to my atty legal secretary awaiting a response. If he calls me back and says they can pound salt I will proceed. If he wants to bring it to court this is why I pay my dues we have every kind of atty imaginable to keep our names out of the paper.
 
Anyone can write a cease and desist letter, and sometimes they are just meant to intimidate. They certainly are not legally binding and you do not have to do what the person who wrote the letter demands of you.

The letter is meant to bully you into acquiescing with a vague threat that if you don't, the other party may sue.
If you are concerned you can certainly talk to a local attorney, but again, it may just be an attempt to intimidate.

I'd like you to post the letter please.
 
My laptop is junk that's why I couldn't post before. Can one of you lend an email address and post for me. I keep clicking browse file and nothing pops up. I can send from my phone to your email a lot faster

And you are not obligated to "comply" with any attourney's "request". But you know that already. A lightbulb appeared above your head when you read post #231 and now you want to try try to run with it. You say you'll have to prove your case in court, which means you haven't been there yet. Which also means you have not been legally ordered to do, or not do, anything.
 
Well none of you run the risk of being sued. So you keep talking all high and mighty as far as me reading a post and a light bulb going off to be honest I read less than half of the 250 posts if that. I skimmed for certain people. If you want the letter posted I will email it to you. If not please take your negativity elsewhere. I have been complying since Anthony called me and left a message on my machine and email he would be seeking an atty. If you're not here to get what you asked me for please stop clouding up my previous msg complying with his atty. I will not say anything that will effect my case. But posting his atty letter which fauna requires anyways to remove a post is what I will do. I have a few pet reptiles I don't breed so this group or its members mean very little to me. This post was to enlighten. It got way out of hand offensive and off topic. Those of you who still want reptiles from ac I encourage you to trust your best judgment and think for yourself. Obviously you opinions of me won't change but I did what I intended to do. And until I hear from my atty I will not slander ac any further. But if you want the letter I need an email. End of story I will no longer entertain anyone on this topic other than my letter from his atty at this point
 
I received a letter from Anthony Caponetto's attorney.

Cease and desist.

publicly retract the statements on fauna classifieds,etc etc.

Everything I said about Anthony Caponetto is true, all I asked from him was to send me the 20 high end crested geckos that I paid for. he sent lesser quality than what we discussed and lesser quality than what I paid for.

I will be happy to post that Anthony made this right after he actually does make it right if that ever happens. how about it Anthony? wheres the customer service?

Since when is posting proof of your allegations considered slander? You are an excuse machine! You can't say anything to affect your case because YOU DON'T HAVE A CASE. Furthermore, this group and its members meant enough to you to reach out to them for support.
 
Ed I'm happy to deal with you because I couldn't trust some of these other people not to share my cell number and private info. We seem to have the same common goal. I will even send you the screen shot of my transaction everyone has wanted. One condition. Do not post that screen shot until my lawyer gives me the ok AND PLEASEblock out all personal information. Ed can then confirm what he has seen. Your choice to believe him or not and if I get the thumbs up he will have my permission to post it. I agree its not likely slander I just lack the capability and knowledge to do so. I agree proof isn't slander but the possibility of being sued is annoying. Its not gonna cost me any money but my time is valuable. So for me to miss work for court conferences to MO for a petty civil case is a nuisance.

As the originator of this thread, you certainly ARE part of the topic here. If a moderator on this site requests a proof of ID from you, or anything else in relation to your account(s) here, it is NOT an option for you to not comply if you wish to remain on this site. You've got 24 hours to comply with Harald's request. At that time, if you have not complied, you will be banned permanently, or until you do comply. Once you are banned, no one can act as a third party to relay any further information from you to be posted on this site.
