No one was abandoning any thread. I made this thread 100% to warn even 1 potential customer at their b.s. business practices. I never ever ordered frogs or anything from them. I simply called them posing as a potential customer, asked if they could fill a simple order and they could NOT. Now someone who claims to have 6,000+ stock would be able to fill a simple order of 10+ animals. I def. haven't abandoned anything. Anyone who personally knows me knows about what is going on in my personal life right now. I am sorry I haven't had time to put facts up for all the super sleuths of fauna. I really wish Dillon and Rick would come here and talk but they are cowards. Yeah a heartwarming story Lucille?!? Lol spending your child's college fund to start a dart frog company. Thank you for posting that link. Lucille's response to Mike's mini tantrum on that thread was civil and right on the money. Obviously the OP here learned nothing from it as blatantly displayed by him here. My response to his post in that thread would explain his "vendetta" toward me. I'm not going address the mudslinging untrue allegations of a vendetta, other than to point out than when someone has no facts to present, they will sometimes use ad hominem responses instead.


The OP started this thread and has admitted that he has had no transaction with the Waschers and further, that he has not used any facts. The BOI is a business forum, not a tar and feather factory.
To me, making anyone a 'Bad Guy' with no facts and/or no transaction is irresponsible. If someone were to start a 'Bad Guy' post on Mike with no factual support, I think he might be happy to have people stand up for him and point out the lack of factual basis.

The financial base for this endeavor was allegedly some college funds. I could comment on all the Silicon Valley kids who took a scrap of money, used it as startup funding, and are now zillionnaires, but instead I will just say that this seems to have been a family decision.

Again the personal preference matter has been raised. It's been discussed extensively, and I encourage those with strong feelings on the matter to talk about how they feel in the discussion forums. Some good points have been raised here, but again I think the discussion forums are better places to discuss them.

Lucille, I forgot about all the zillionaire dart frog company owners and supply owners. I can dig up about 50 to 100 quotes from rick and Dillon showing their lies. But then they change their website to correct them the next day. They are shady people who are all deserving of being labeled bad guys. From their misinformation of NO POISON DART FROGS LMFAO. To their claims of a frog that jumps over 4 feet to the hundreds and hundreds of lies they've told.

I have no horse in this race, I don't know the Waschers and I don't know you, I simply demand for them the same types of posts I would demand for you if you were the subject of a 'Bad Guy' thread: Factual material brought here, organized in a way that evidences any claim you are making.

This father and son team who are selling poison dart frogs are now mixing locales of dendrobates. They are taking our purebred animals that we have all worked so hard to keep pure and creating mutts. These guys are true bad guys in our hobby and I caution anyone who deals with them. They have lied on numerous occasions and they are truely bad people. I am starting this thread to make people aware of the crap they are pulling. Check their website www.safedartfrogs.com. They have been caught lieing to newbies in our hobby purely to sell frogs. This is the last straw and we all have had enough.

I assume from your first melodramatic post here that this father and son team broke in, stole YOUR pure bred animals that YOU worked so hard to keep pure, created mutts and snuck back in to replace your frogs with non pure ones. Have you gotten rid of your tainted collection? Just curious.

I'd just like to chime in and say that "I'm not with this man." I'm a hobbyist both in the reptile and frog subsects and frequent Dendroboard, the site whose 160-page threads keep being referred to here. I believe that awareness does need to be spread about USdARTFROG/DFW's business practices, which I believe utilize unacceptable and intentionally misleading behavior -enough to be classified as 'malpractice' in my books, but not by law. However, I also beleive that the only reason this thread was started was to stir things up and raise drama about the issue, which would inferentially get it noticed so more people would become aware of the OP's personal problems with the site. In my mind, this is not at all the way things should be done, and I'd hate for people to think that he represents the rest of the hobby as a whole. If you feel you've been ripped off and have a list of hard, concise facts or a factual scenario/transaction gone bad to prove it (yes, proof is required if you're going to accuse someone of something such as fraud) then by all means, come in here and post it. Whether I like it or not, this seems to be a functioning business in that you pay them money and they give you a product in return. If you want to just rave about how you don't like these guys but think it's above you to inform others of your reasons, please take it to another section; or better yet, a different site all together. I find it childish at best, and such behavior is unwelcome here.
