My name is Ryan Riggleman. On January 27th 2014 I ordered a pair of spotnose ball pythons from Evan Stahl, with the understanding that he would hold them til weather warmed up to allow safe shipping. Then around the end of March once I noticed that there were going to be some breaks in the weather I started trying to make contact with him via email to see if we could start making plans to ship. When email went unanswered, I started trying to make contact by phone. I called him on the following dates and times, it's logged on my phone: 4/1/14 2:45 pm, 4/8/14 11:33 am & 5:41 pm and the final attempt at calling was 4/9/14 5:13 pm. During this time, I was also trying to find him on Facebook, but for some reason his profile wasn't showing up in my searches. Since he wasn't responding to my voicemails or emails I filed a dispute with Paypal, knowing it would be denied because it was past the 45 day limit, in an effort to get his attention. I then got an email from him saying "emails keep bouncing back". That was on April 3rd.Then I didn't hear from him again. I had posted a thread on ball-pythons.net asking about the guy ( I will provide a link to that thread ), and on 4/9/14 a user named sho220 provided me with a link to Evan's Facebook page. I immediately made contact with Evan. He got right back to me and said that he had been busy and would arrange shipping very shortly. Then he went silent again. I made contact with him again on the 17th, and he said if weather permitted he would ship, I then provided a link to his local forecast for the next week and mentioned that it looked like there could be a couple of good days on his end, and got no response. On the 21st I sent him a message on Facebook asking how things were looking on his end. No response. So, yesterday, April 25th, I was pissed and feeling like I had been scammed, so I left a post publicly on his wall saying that he had terrible customer service, didn't return calls or emails. Within minutes my post was deleted and I got a profanity laden personal message. He said he would refund my money Monday to which I replied "Good, I will take my business elsewhere and if my money isn't refunded Monday I will be calling my credit card company". He then said I was making threats, told me to go through my credit card company, not to contact him again or it would be considered harassment. I told him I wasn't making threats, but I wasn't going to just sit back and let him screw me. His response was "I've never screwed anybody, talk to your credit card company, goodbye". He then posts on the ball-python.net thread and calls me a liar, then tells blatant lies ( including saying that he offered to ship on this coming Monday, and as the screenshots will prove, he NEVER did) and half truths, to which I responded with the truth and the proof to back it up.

It is my opinion that this guy should be avoided like a plague.
As per his request, I have contacted my credit card company, and will provide them with all documentation if necessary.
