• In the past two days I have gotten emails asking about being requested to provide credit card info in order to register and also to make a post in the classifieds forums. PLEASE NOTE: In no instance will this site ask you for this sort of information. The only time any request for payment is made is if you choose to opt-in for a higher membership level, and that is done SOLELY through PayPal. Anything else is coming from a source other than this site. My guess is that this is coming through Google Adsense, but when I can get someone to send me a screen shot of this sort of request, I will know more.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Hi everyone I'm Brandon I'm 29 I live in northern Colorado. Since I was old enough to walk I have been interested in snakes... Actually reptiles in general but mainly snakes. My first successful pairing was a banded cal king and a stripe Cali at 15 which will always be my favorite species. Big colubrid guy my collection is mostly kings but I also keep a few corns bulls and pines. I'm kinda new to this internet thing but I am looking forward to learning more about these kinds of sites and will post some pics once I figure out how. Can't wait to get to know some people here as well as doing some business once I start producing again. O also I am a member of the newly formed northern co chapter of Colorado hero society
 
Haha just noticed a typo in my post its supposed to be HERP society not hero��! Anyway glad to be here! Also while I'm here how do I go about getting pics posted?
 
On a phone I think your best bet might be to use either a picture hosting site such as photo bucket or I think this forum is still Tapatalk enabled, posting pictures through the app on a mobile device is supposed to be easy, I don't use Tapatalk and can't tell you anything more about it though. Then you can post pictures this way, but lots of mobile devices have trouble with it.

Thank you I will keep playing with this and hopefully figure it out. I'm not the most tech savvy person haha this is my first smartphone and for now seems smarter than me hahaha. I appreciate your help and the link as well.

Well, that's very likely your problem. I just tried to use my despised Nokia Lumia 520 Windows Phone to make a post with an attachment. Nothing happened when I clicked on the "Browse" button to try to select the file to upload. That was using the built-in Internet Explorer browser. I'd imagine that there's probably a WP version of Firefox, which may yield better results. If not, it's most likely just another shortcoming of the stupid Windows Phone operating system. Android...make friends with it.
 
My iPad is no better with attachments, I generally use photobucket to link pictures but that doesn't help with wanting to post ads with thumbnails.
 
Yeah, my 1st generation iPad cured me of ever buying any other Apple mobile device, it's been a decent enough gadget but there are so many things that it just doesn't do well with. My Samsung Galaxy SIII phone manages almost all of those things so much more smoothly, it's not even funny!

That's basically my whole gripe about the iCraze. I don't see how so many people could rally behind devices with notoriously limited capabilities. Some people just seem wayyy too happy about paying more for something that does less. I think iOS just kills what are otherwise fairly slick pieces of hardware. I guess they're great for people who don't mind having Apple decide what their phones can and can't do. I just expect more out of my gadgets.
 
Yes and I have the same problem I get to the manage attachment and I click on the browse bar and nothing happens. Looks like I'm going to be getting a new phone soon haha. And thanks to all of you for making me feel welcome! I am not the most tech savvy person haha but I have some beautiful colubrids that I am anxious to share with everyone. That said I'm with T mobile so any recommendations for a affordable but more efficient device would be much appreciated!

I'm a big fan of the Samsung Galaxy series. Can't really go wrong with any of their LTE devices. The LG Google Nexus 4 is also a pretty decent T-Mo phone that's old enough to be fairly inexpensive now. I loved my Nexus 4.

Ah it just seems like it haha especially since I was out the game for a while it seems like time standing still since she clouded up for her pre lay. I can't wait to see what she blessed me with
