Below are some very interesting emails that I think everyone should read..for a long time I have tried to stay out of the drama found on forums and boards and just concentrate on my family and animals.. and for good reason as you will read below..
To Dan I could come on here saying all sorts of stuff etc.. but I am more hurt and let down to do that..I am simply just disappointed in you. I though we were friends.. I did a lot to help you and your family.
Gregg..here's your own emails right back at you...enjoy.

If things go as they often do, I'll probably run out of snakes before I get through that show schedule, so I would love to get a wholesale box from you.
I'm thinking I can spare 10,000 for wholesale purchases. If I was to shoot you ten grand, what kind of package, minus my balance, of course, could you put together for me? Keep in mind, I move a lot more low end animals at shows.
Let me know,

That's about 3,600.00 so far, and I haven't even posted on Kingsnake or fauna. I'm going to try dropping the prices a bit more. Plus, I'm owed about 1,500 by other dudes. One guy says he's going to have to pay me in snakes, but the other two will pony up the cash.

By the way, Anthony will get this package and open it before I get there, so don't include any pricing information in the box. I will price them accordingly myself. He is one of my best customers, and I'm guessing he'll end up buying some of the snakes. I don't want to muddy the water with thoughts of wholesale pricing if you know what I mean.
Thanks!

Yes sir. I'll call you tomorrow from my wife's phone. I'm sorry I've been out of touch. We have been going through some rough financial times here. My phone and internet have been off for a while. I've been cleaning carpets for a friend of mine all through the college apartment turn, and have been sort of out of pocket. I was kind of counting on the hogs to pull me out of my funk this year, but I've just had the worst breeding season in my entire 15 years of working with snakes. Reality sucks when you're a farmer, I guess. Anyway... blah blah. I'll call you tomorrow and figure out shipping etc.
Sorry again for falling off the map. You have done me several favors this year, and I won't forget it. Talk soon.

I got your text. I know you've been screwed over in the past, and you're afraid I won't pay you, but I assure you I am not of the same character as your former associates. I don't have anything to send you, but money. There are a few snakes left, all males, but the rest are spoken for. I'm sending you every dime from their sale. Fear not! As it comes, I'll send it to you as I have been. If you feel you're being treated unfairly, I will make it right. I just don't have the power to do so at the moment.
I just finished my business plan for 2014, and it is clear that if I want to hit my gross profit goal, I will need to purchase snakes from other producers. I would like that to be you, and I won't do anything to endanger our future business together. Of course, I'll pay for any further snakes up front, so we don't find ourselves in this position again.
I really appreciate your generosity. You helped me out when I needed it most. It says a lot about you that you are willing to trust people after the situations you've found yourself in. I just need you to trust me a little bit longer, and I promise I'll make it worth your time.

telling me he sold the Jag project I sent to him ON BREEDER LOAN to Gregg Madden and he basically kept all my snakes I sent him on loan or sold them over 10k

He is fully aware that the arrangement with us and those animals is that you get half of the first clutch from each female as well as if he outcrosses the males. Even down to the point of you getting first picks on the baby's.
And you know that I lost that female don't be rediculace and start pulling shit like that because we are cighting what are you freaking 7??
The reason I didn't want to go look for her is because I had no idea where she was.
I drove from Reno till I was beat ass tired pulled over and got a hotel room cashin the middle of the night(just like we did a few times) about 11/2 away from the show.there is no way in hell I could have navigated back to where I was or lost her. I have explained this to you multiple times.

Firstly, they were not bred last season. Secondly, you will not be getting anything from Joe or myself. I asked Joe about this email you sent. He said there was a deal prior to you ripping him and Chad Fuchs off for some condas. So, being that you never made good on your end of that deal, I gather you and Joe are squared up. You get to keep the condas you never made good on and Joe and myself will keep our Jags. Whatever deal you and Joe had, has nothing at all to do with me. And why you would think you would have first pick on animals that I raised up and that I worked to breed is beyond me. Do not contact me again unless you are looking to buy some Jags.
Have a good one...

"See, now that is where the BS starts. The Jags were given to Joe for some condas. It was a breeding loan trade off. Justin sold the condas out from under Joe so Joe kept the Jags as payment. Then Joe sold me half of the Jag project and I eventually bought the rest out."

I knew you would not start one. That is because you are aware that I know the entire REAL story behind the animals you SOLD to Joe. So, here is the deal. I own the entire project now. Joe did not want any snakes from your collection in his anymore and gave the rest of the project to me. Justin. I am not giving you a single snake. I do not owe you anything. You are not entitled to anything I produce. I never made a deal with you. However, I would be more than happy to sell you some jags at SLIGHTLY discounted price.
I realize you tend to get a bit pissed off when people do better than you in certain projects. But really Justin, it is not a reason to stomp your feet and throw a tantrum like some little kid who cant get his way. "

Sorry for not having a chance to call yet. Work has been pretty hectic the past
nine weeks and required some long days. If I don't get home at a decent time
tonight or tomorrow, I will call Saturday for sure.
Thanks,
Chad

Chad never calls or writes back..then short time letter I get this email from Joe
telling me he sold the Jag project I sent to him ON BREEDER LOAN to Gregg Madden and he basically kept all my snakes I sent him on loan or sold them over 10k

I sold half of the jag project to greg because I am trying to consolidate my projects. ( I just have so damn many)
He is fully aware that the arrangement with us and those animals is that you get half of the first clutch from each female as well as if he outcrosses the males.
