Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Inquiry is usark scamming the reptile industry

Again, you haven't answered any of my questions. They've reduced restrictions in both Illinois and Mass. That's pretty unheard of. Again, I ask you, what is your grand plan? I know you like talking in circles, but let's try a linear form of discussion. Answer the question.

As for what usarks done in IL and mass...what exactly is your point here. ..usark took in well over a million in the first 5 years and the board sat back and did nothing while wyatt wasted it on lobbying. letter writing campaigns. Flying around the country going out to dinner and staying in high end hotels. .so after 5 years of that and over a million dollars wasted usark is finally starting to do some good. ..is that your big point. .. in the first 5 years of usark we lost more rights then in the previous 20 years...so congratulations looks like wyatt didn't waste your donations in vain..

Aren't you now just rehashing your same complaint over and over...isnt this old news now?

"so after 5 years of that and over a million dollars wasted usark is finally starting to do some good"..these are your words. If USARK is now "finally doing some good", what is the point of rehashing everything all over again?

No, we all know what your plan is as far as forming a group. I want to know how you think they should act on legislature after it's formed. How would you have done it differently if you were USARK? What would you do from here on out?

As for how usark should act on legislation after it passes is lawsuit only unless they can show some kind of missteps process and info to pass to pass the billl. .......now for the python ban it was passed via executive order. .that's going to be interesting to see how they can fight it since it was executive order 13112 the set NCIS which was the council that authorized the secretary of the interior the power to do executive order listing of animals to the lacey act as injurious. .also that executive order 13112 also set up the power for injurious listing in a preemptive manner. ..that's how they justified listing yellow anacondas as injurious with no injurious yellow anacondas in the US. ...I think usark is making a big mistake pursuing a lawsuit to over turn the current ban before making sure the other 5 not listed yet are safe and secure. ..I would think it's easier to prevent something opposed to undoing something. .. As for the executive order listing of burms that happened because of the way usark was fighting it on the legislative front...wyatt was paying off senators to how the bill til the end of each session so the bill would died..so they went with NCIS executive order authorized via executive order 13112.... so if usark is going to fight legislation it needs t o fight it directly. Not paying off legislators behind closed doors

As usual, you've avoided the question and just sat around whining like a toddler who didn't get his cheerios. I'll be glad to continue the discussion once you've answered my question. What would you have done differently and what is your plan for the future on fighting legislation?

What questions didn't I answer. .make a list and I'll answer them

I'm going to notify Phil Goss of this thread. I'd love his input on Rodney's concerns.

Rodney, you're friends with Phil on Facebook, have you notified him of your ongoing thread? Is he aware of your issues with USARK?

Feel free to let phil know your arguing with Rodney Boalich about legislation and past issues of usark. ...see what he tells you.....I'll answer those questions in a few

What is your point of bringing up past issues with USARK? If they are in the past, and USARK is moving forward positively, what are you gaining by rehashing old stuff? Under an old president? Please make your intentions clear. That way I can understand, and then maybe there won't need to be an 'argument' as you affectionately call it.

1 by formed do you mean purpose or passed into law...

2 well I wouldn't have stolen all the donations. .but you will narrow that question down.

3.. each state needs to form a state.run organization with an attorney on retainer...also all.state organizations need to be under an a large national umbrella like organization so when there's a state issue it can be handled by the state organization with the backing of the larger national organization...that why when we fight we have the numbers of backers behind us...also with an organization in each state it will prevent the national organization of running out of money trying to run around the country putting out small fires....in the future and probably right now that's usarks biggest issue is the lack of man power and funding to be everywhere at once.. Phil is one person wyatt is one person..the difference is wyatt didn't want people to stand up and fight in their states..he wanted to continue the illusion that he could handle everything himself. ....but we are very far off from being to the point of having the ability to fight in an efficient way... and you idiots are the reason why....you're lazy uninformed. Arrogant and seem to have all day to fight with.me but can't se to find the time to research the laws in your own states and educate yourselves on real issues. .so until you people start putting in the time and work I have to understand what's really going on you are of no use to the fight for are rights. ........

another thing I would like to see is some kind of legislation assessment protocol. ..wyatt loveb the fact that he could make a bill that had no chance of passing look scary and threatening. ..that's how his great scam worked..he would make a big deal about something like hr511 that had no chance of becoming law.. then would ask for donations to fight it..knowing he couldn't lose the fight he would set up a hearing or something and then the bill would just die like it was going to do whether or not wyatt did anything. .and then he would look like the big hero and then you idiots would give him even more money...... one thing I learned right away when I started researching legislation is that most bills don't have a chance to pass..ergo most bills arnt a threat. ....so if bills could be assessed as to their potential to pass we could better focus our efforts where they are most needed. .

The reason is I was ban for two years over this issue. .and mainly there has been no accountability for the actions of wyatt..or the usark board that sat back and let him destroy so much...no accountability for pijac destroying ohio or accountability for narbc paying pijac to do it...no accountability for Bagnal Ken foose brian potter Bob Ashley and some others to choose to lie to all of you about what happened at tinly which lead to wyatt being able to continue with his hr511 hearing..which set up yet told all of you hr511 was a threat and used it as another one of his false victories to get donations out of you all....

why am I the only one mad about this. ..you people are the ones the industry leaders lied to which lead to wyatt being able to scare more money out of you......why arnt you people demanding some accountability for their actions. ......

3 years I started this thread with a question...is usark scamming the reptile industry? .you all attacked me for even asking the question back then. . Wyatt was the ceo president and owner of usark and now you all know about wyatt what I knew then.............

So guess what. The answer to the question you were all so mad at me for asking is yes.....and for some reason you're all ok with it.....

Rodney, I'm starting to understand your point now.

Do you have any concerns with how Phil is running USARK at the moment?

My point being that it seems you're just still angry about the past, ( getting banned, your perceptions of poor money management etc)

Hey webslave since now we all know the truth about wyatt and
Know he was In control of usark. .what do you think is the answer to my original question about usark scamming the reptile industry. ..I would love to hear your always fair unbiased opinion that never reflects that of the popular nonsense

I don't know Wyatt personally, and have no opinion about him (much less KNOW the truth) nor place a lot of stock in any third party hearsay information and opinions that others have provided.

As for you being banned from here, well perhaps it is not exactly your message, but how you are trying to deliver it. Now THAT, yes, I (and others) have expressed opinions about in the past, which resulted in your being banned. But if you want to continue that sort of discussion, THIS is not the thread for that, and trying to take the thread off topic in that direction will result in your getting even more infractions. I do hope you have wizened up in the past 2 years.

They didn't do much of anything I IL. As for mass I would have to read up on it. The issues in IL were being pushed internally. .usark simply supported it.. as for a grand plan I think what Germany has would be great. One large organization that all other smaller organizations are a part of..and most importantly they are all one the same page when it comes to supporting each others rights. ..the don't have sectors of the industry trying to sell out other sectors to try and protect what they do... like we had from the boa industry in both hr511 hearing. . Like we had in Ohio when John mack supported regulating anything bigger then a boa...like we had from wyatt and usark with their best management practices that were designed to only set up laws and regulations for venomous. Big snakes and crocs...or how we had narbc pay pijac 30000 to hire a lobbyists to go into ohio and push for the regulations that mack then supported. .....the industry needs to stop destroying itself..that's my grand plan

The emboldened part of that quote of yours sounds a hell of a lot like USARK, just food for thought. Rodney, I'm just done communicating with you. You have some serious issues you need to take care of regarding this whole thing. Do us all a favor, put your tin foil hat back on, crawl back into whatever crevasse you came out of and for the sake of all of us, never try to represent the reptile hobby to anyone, ever.

There goes the condescending JCCS again.

Anyways how do you figure they destroyed Ohio (my state)? I've read the laws and been in touch with the Ohio Department if Agriculture, and the big snakes that are listed as "restricted" only NEED permitted WHEN they reach 12ft. Venomous need permits regardless of how big and you must show you have personally trained with someone to handle such animals, have protocols in place incase of escape and financial responsibility if someone was to get bit, also have access to antivenom.

I rescued a retic about 2 weeks ago, he's only 8ft so have 4ft to go before I need a permit which after talking to ODA, seems fairly easy to get as long as you have escape proof locking enclosures, they want to see their food to make sure it's adequate I believe, and that's about it. To keep them is $150 a year and to breed is $300 a year. Although I don't think they should charge you every year and I believe they come to inspect once a year to make sure you are adhering to the law and as long as you are you're good.

Yea the Zanesville incident brought it up front but from what I've read and been told peta and other organizations had been harassing our state government to put laws in place so we have these simple laws. I don't think Ohio was "destroyed" I believe I have the screen shots from the ODA website if I do I will attach.
