Here is a message left by Robert Nichols just a couple days ago. Just about 4 weeks after the first round of five messages, making this #6. Not the same bravado with Robert now. This would be just 4 days after I an others pushed back against his stupid nonsense, and those that run CGW as well.

It is quite a contrast. IMMHO This one will open exactly as the other. It is a threat by Robert Nichols to sue me if I "do not stop harassing him in Fauna". Enjoy. No transcript.

I have "read" many statements and accusations, some that are childish, obscene, and with derogatory references towards women used to describe people involved, etc. The legal definition of "slander" is making "oral" statements: as you wrote: **Which Is legally the definition of Slander JIM!** . There are plenty of written statements that may be construed to be untrue and damaging to someone's character, which is the definition "libel."
I am contemplating leaving CGW, if the moderators think it is OK for members to exercise their right to free speech, with out any responsibility, under the guise of it being an "adult" site. I also disagree with one of the Fauna' members who wrote this is all irrelevant and should only be about "buying and selling." (jishillencik, 6/10/15 9:21) Character does matter. If it doesn't, then I guess we should not care if the money that was obtained from buying and selling chameleons was used to promote child pornography or terrorist acts.

Kevin. More illumination of the banned sock-puppet "Tabbytoes6" will be forthcoming if CGW does not take deliberate and open steps to reform. Having their "spokes person" tell us that they are making changes is laughable in light of what we know, and will demonstrate, as needed.

Perhaps you are already a member of reputable chameleon forums, but for you and other readers here, I would recommend the two largest, and most active: Chameleon Central USA on FB, and chameleonforums.com. Both have many more members that CGW, far better posts and conversations, and are well moderated. Unlike CGW, you won't feel like you need a bath after participating in those forums. These are the places where Rob Nichols and his ilk are banned from. There is a chameleon forum here in Fauna as well, but admittedly it gets less traffic.

To those who listened to the legal scholar Rob Nichols recording, here's a screen shot of one of the PM's that were in my inbox here this AM. Do not forget that prior to this thread being started, Chameleons Gone Wild only ever had three moderators. In its history. Rob Nichols had been one of them, specifically selected by the founder of that punk site, Robert C. Rose, to run the show while he and Chrissy Lynn (Bennett) were on vacation.

Robert, harassing is constantly calling when told to stop, leaving vial voice messages and facebook messages etc. And as he has stated, and I know personally when you make a police report unless you request a copy one is not given to you, now a subpoena for courts yes it is delivered to you, NOT a police report. He also posted the report number. So yes he has made one, and if you continue to harass him and other with phone calls and messages they will stack up enough and they will push enough to have your local PD arrest you. You cannot even speak in a polite manner. You are constantly name calling and just being vial. So go ahead and when it all comes crashing down you will then understand. Although you may think in your twisted mind that you still did nothing wrong. Give up while you're ahead.

2) Calls or communications that involve a threat to injure the recipient, any of his family members, or his property,(12) and

3) Repeated calls or communications (regardless of the content).(13)
