When this thread was posted I just skimmed over the back and forth messages posted from Facebook. I really didn't have time to read this thread but was following when someone reported a post to see what was going on.
I had some time this morning and read some of the earlier communications.
Brian states now that his business is up and likes and friends requests have skyrocketed because of this thread. While this is a typical response from someone who is the subject of a BOI thread that isn't going well for them, I'll add my point of view here.
I noticed earlier he was posting links to this thread on his Facebook page so this is for his followers that come here.
It isn't always cut and dry that there are good and then bad people to do business with in this hobby. Sometimes you can write off a transaction as simply mistakes were made for one transaction.
For instance, The business didn't do something correct but you have purchased something from them in the past and it went well so you will overlook it because you simply want to purchase more animals from them. It doesn't have any bearing on your transactions.
In this case, maybe you don't agree with the thread starter or believe she also made mistakes in her transaction. I don't believe she did and she was treated poorly before and after her shipment arrived.
This thread shows so much more than the initial transaction that started this thread. Shows so much more than if a business performed to industry standards or had good or bad customer service. It's beyond good or bad to do business with. There is some downright evil garbage in this thread.
Besides the bad customer service, the contradictions that Brian has posted, the overly boisterous and untrue statement that his service, his name should be included with the top breeders in this industry, My opinion is he is just evil.
Who else would make the comments that he did to a woman who experienced such a tragedy as losing a child?
Who else would leave a message to another woman that
He told me I wouldn't be able to ever speak his name again from all the blood in my mouth after he got through with me
Those two ladies are household names in this business and good people to do business with based on years they put into this hobby without the horrible customer service seen by the target of this thread.
He is going to destroy other people and their business? Thinks to much of himself. He stated the same to the OP of this thread.
So let me tell his "growing Facebook fan-club" (HA,ha. Does anyone buy it?).
There is only one power the BOI has against someone like this and that's peer pressure.
If anyone reads this thread and then decides that it is still OK to do business with this person, then I think you are almost as bad as him and
in my opinion, people should think twice about dealing with someone who would support such a person by continuing purchasing from him.
If you read this thread first and still thought it was still OK to support this individual, I would personally boycott whoever you were no-matter what you were selling.
I don't take it as a joke sending the types of messages that have been sent. If you do, then people shouldn't do business with you either. Whoever you are.
