    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Mr Kruger, I am not sure at this point whether a second deal was EVER truly agreed upon by both parties but that does NOT make you a good guy in this thread by a long stretch!
Fact remains you still have lied numerous times and based on that alone why should we beieve anything further you have to say?
Pictures of snakes with hand written posits is not really proof when it boils down to it but its a start as you would have to had know weeks ago to take pictures with that date on so you may still have them all.

So we are at the position where you have 11 of Alex snakes, he has nothing
How can we all move forward in a way that is acceptable to both parties
Quit the smart alec replies, insults, ego etc
Can we resolve this like adults or not?
 
This is crazy. Get your snakes shipped back to you and sell them yourself. Why in the world would you take that big of a loss by trading them all for a Glock?

I have doubts that he'll send or send them all. Also I have a concern of their condition. But as mentioned, I don't want to further speculate and insult.

I do believe he has the 11 snakes he posted photos of with notes.

He gave a reason for why he lied, although that should have never been lied about. That he did not address it until very recently is also a poor move and instills no great confidence in the potential veracity of claims.
 
Alex, at this point, I think it might be best to go out on a limb and pay for shipping to get your eleven (all eleven; none being gifts or any other undeserved whatever) snakes back, sell them, and use the proceeds to get your guns. I get that the situation is crappy, but I think the recovery of the snakes is more realistic than you receiving any money or firearms from Mel.

I am disappointed in the lying behavior of Mel, but it is best for you not to lose everything you have in this. Write him off as many others likely have by now. Alex, you made some mistakes. Mel is unwilling to assist you in any way. The language used to negotiate the deal has been less than ideal. Recover what you can, sell them all, and go buy yourself some boom sticks.
 
I agree with Nick. Pay the shipping and get the animals back. It us getting clder and the shipping window my close on you. You are NOT going to get a firearm or $$ out of this guy. I still don't trust that he is still in possession of all animals. It took way too long for the photos to be posted. Put some form of safeguard in place before proceeding. Good luck man.
 
Here are the three options because it's ridiculous:

1) 500 you keep all
2) keep the big girl and ship all the others at your expense
3) send me all of mine COD as you were going to before

Those are in order of my preference . Please understand that option 2 means 10 snakes shipped back and option 3 means all 11 shipped back

The way I see it there is only 2 solutions 1 you send me the Jaguar I will send you the gun or two you send me a shipping label for all the snakes I will send them ALL back after you pay for my boarding.

Interesting how you didn't list the original deal which was for TWO guns!

Now I'm retracting my three options and leave you with the following:

Send me $500 via PayPal. The amount YOU were charging on this site for sale for MY SNAKE. You sound like an idiot asking for boarding.

Alex gave you some reasonable solutions. Although I think his sending a shipping label would be better than C.O.D.
Then, here you are, again, holding his snakes hostage and attempting to get a large boon out of an unfortunate situation.
BTW There was no contract/agreement/terms made, for boarding, so this is not enforceable. Get over yourself.

How did it go from 12 snakes for 2 guns to 12 snakes for one gun worth about $400? You truly are delusional mr. Kruger. And one of the most greedy people ever. The way I see it, the only way you'll get that 11th snake is if you ship the TWO guns you agreed to originally to the person in Colorado like Alex asked you to. Your out of your mind if you expect him to send you another snake or money before you fulfill your part of the trade. This could have been done and over with weeks ago if you weren't so greedy and stubborn. While Alex made a mistake regarding the laws in his state you are in no way shape or form innocent here. Alex has given you quite a few offers that you would benefit from but it's never enough for you, you always want more. Just disgusting!

I feel that although possibly reasonable to ask for "boarding" of these animals, what is you want to be compensated for, for the rodents they ate( how many?), your time spent looking after them?

In reality after the unprofessionalism you have showed on at least keeping your story straight you should STOP trying to be the "hard ass", come down to planet Earth and just ship them back at Alex cost but dropping the claim of cost of boarding.

Kruger has not been entirely truthful and has caused some of the delay. But you caused some of the delay as well, not sending one snake at the beginning, trying to find alternative places to ship guns.

Escalating and going all crazy isn't going to get this done.
It may be that for the portion of the delay that you caused, a reasonable charge for rats and whatnot may be fair. I suggest you map out who was responsible for what delay.
