    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy MEL KRUGER - CROOK

I don't own a single snake and even I figured out it makes no sense at all to buy from a pet store. I feed around 100 geckos and if I were to buy the same amount of mealworms from a pet store it would cost me 3 times as much at the very least as I spend online buying them, even with the shipping! It would just be a stupid move for me to not buy online.
 
I breed my own, but even when I sell my larges are only $2. There's no way those adults should have been fed every week. Either he grossly over fed, or is lying to get more money. Most of us look for local breeders or buy online. He probably called the local pet store to get those prices to jack up boarding costs, which if he would have sent the stupid glock he would he paying to feed them ANYWAY

Of course he stills has everything he was supposed to trade you. You can't have those items due to your states laws. Then again you still have the Jag you were supposed to initially send. Just forgot about that AGAIN I suppose, like putting it in the box. Send the labels and sell your own snakes like a big boy, and then try to find a way to buy the arms you desire illegally somewhere else. I don't believe for a moment you did not know those laws prior to this or that you forgot the Jag. In my opinion you were hoping to sneak by getting something you should not have had. Otherwise you would have just sold one of your $500.00 snakes and went and bought two 10/22s and have money to spare.

(Ord. No. G-2932, § 3).

Also, do you pay taxes on the income you charge for providing " Animal Boarding "? Does the IRS know your with holding income? How about your great state of Arizona not getting their share?

Even IF the above were true, which I don't believe for a second, the transfer dealer in NY is not going to risk his license, livelihood, and freedom by transferring the two firearms to a NY resident.

The dealer in NY could legally have taken those two guns, given the OP store credit toward something else he can sell in-state, and then sold the two guns to a buyer outside of NY.

I really do wonder how someone could forget a snake, and once the error was discovered, not ship it out immediately.
 
It does happen. If there were only 2 or 3 snakes I'd question it more but I've had animals left out of orders from some big names breeders when I placed orders for quite a few animals. On the other hand I'm not sure why he didn't immediately send it out once he discovered he had forgotten to send it.

That is the point I was making. That he did not immediately send it out once he discovered his 'error' makes me wonder of it was not a mistake, that he kept it back intentionally.
 
Nope...I was going to immediately send it but when I told him to start the paperwork for the transfer...he stalled...that was the first sign. And I was right. He wasn't going to send anything my way.

And it does happen. We are not talking about a pair of snakes...this was a large shipment.

There is no "paperwork" legally required that the sender initiates. That's all on you and your FFL to give to the sender.

The KelTec and Ruger are both long guns so they could have been shipped directly by KK using USPS.
 
What I see is a guy (Kruger) who is seriously taking full advantage of a situation where someone (Alex) had, initially, made a mistake. A mistake is not a crime and should not be so overly punishable as Kruger is attempting to make it.
Among other things, his boarding fees are completely unreasonable ... to say the least! The boarding fees are, also, something he came up with, and just dropped on Alex, toward the end of all the, over time, back & forth. Kruger keeps coming up with one thing, or another, to make things very difficult.
Boarding fees aside, his 2nd offered option is to go to the original deal but for only one firearm rather than two!
Everything Kruger is doing is an attempt to gain more, out of Alex, &/or to get something for free.
Could say more but, If anybody cannot see Kruger's crooked/unethical ways, they have to be blind.

What I meant was he was hoping the guns would just be mailed to him, not that a gun dealer would risk anything to help him. Sorry for not wording that more clearly. He knew the laws, that is why he was willing to make such a horrible trade in my opinion.

He could have just sold his animals locally instead of shipping them to Arizona. There is something more to this than what is being displayed so far. If either party would nut up and post the entire conversation this would probably be over in just a few minutes. There seems to be some reason why they are not. From Krugers perspective he has no reason to post anything really. He has the guns and snakes. We will probably never know 100% if Kruger would have followed through with his end.
