Bad Guy Bill North & Hannah Schutz TOTAL SCAMMERS

A few days ago I was surfing in the chameleon section like I do all the time. I came across this ad selling panthers in bulk. I contacted him on the ad and through email. It was either that night or the night after he responded through email. He basically just told me what he had available and I basically said I'm interested in buying him out. We exchanged a couple emails then he went ghost on me that night all of a sudden. Well I emailed him with my number and said please call me and he did the next day (yesterday). I don't like to throw out the first number because I hate to leave money in the table. So he did. He said $1000 for 48 babies and within his next breath he said $1300. Kinda weird but what ever. I said I'll meet you in the middle of both of your prices. $1150 shipped it was a deal. He said he could ship today (yesterday) and I said send me an invoice I'll pay you right this second.
Here's where we start to take a turn for the worse.
Sent the money and I emailed him "your paid". He responded I don't have it in my account. PayPal sometimes holds his money for 21 days. I don't want to ship till it clears.
Well the money is gone form my account and he said he doesn't have it and attaches a weird excuse to it so I started to panic. I immediately started calling him and no answer then emails again he went ghost on me.
So I just called PayPal and started a claim. I filed a claim with 15/20 mins of me sending him the money. Like I said I just sent $1150 and Bill is saying PayPal holds his money then goes silent. So I explained what was going on to PayPal and I want my money back. Not now but RIGHT NOW!! So I'm talking to PayPal and call waiting pops up guess who. Yup Bill North. I was to busy to answer all I wanted was my money safe and sound back in my PayPal piggy bank. They called him and got through but the agent said they kept getting cut off. Lol yeah I bet they did.
PayPal said you will have your money back tonight. I was happy.
At this point I'm still not sure if I'm getting ripped off or if I overreacted. So I called Bill and said hey I freaked out. The money I sent was out of my PayPal and you said it wasn't in yours. I said look I still want these please just ship them out when I get refunded I'll send it back. (No I'm not an idiot I want going to send it til I had my package in hand).
He said he shipped and I said cool TY for trusting me. I have a ton of references and he wasn't interested at all in there info. But I still sent them anyways. He let me know he was extremely nervous because he shipped without payment.
i wake up early today and I try to dig up something on Bill. I just know I've heard that name before. Did a search on fauna and nothing. I went to his ad and clicked on find more post by Bill North. That's when it hit me. Someone called him out as a scammer in one of his ads and i commented directly after. I knew that name was familiar. I thought it was a good familiar but I was so wrong.
I sent him a screen shot of that post and he defended it but I already knew. Then I checked PayPal and my money still wasn't there so I called and asked where's my money. Bill put a tracking number on the PayPal receipt. I didn't notice it but PayPal did and checked it this morning and it was a fake.
I had my money back in my account before we hung up.
I called him out on text this morning and of coarse he went ghost on me. Tried calling no answer.
Maybe you guys can ALL call him and tell him I would like t speak with him. He has my number. OR send him a text saying call Craig. lol. Not even kinda joking.

Lucille I really do hope this saves someone else some hassle. Atleast for me it wasn't like a total nightmare scammer deal. In all the years I've been doing this I have been so so lucky. I've bought some bad animals but never been scammed. I think I'll just stay on my toes from hear out.

If you're convinced he tried to scam you, why are you so eager to talk to him on the phone? Probably best to avoid the Mike Matson approach; encouraging a bunch of people to essentially spam his phone is kinda weak - especially when you have your money back already.

Well, I might be considered a "no one", but I agree with Dan most often. In fact I can't really think of the last time I have disagreed with him at all. He is Atheist, I'm Mormon, but our views when it comes to the BOI are usually spot on!

On a different note. Your Bill North guy is using stolen pictures in his ads to begin with.

Robert. Got nothing for you. I agree with a great deal of your opinions. But if you are ever agreeing with this guy I'm prob not following along with you at that moment. Your a Mormon. That's great. I see Mormons atleast 8 times a year knocking on my door trying to convert me and my family. Every single one of them is kind and well intended. I take there pamphlets and wish them well.

And I think that it might be good to return our attentions to Bill North and Hannah Schutz. They are the ones deserving of our disapproval. Just IMHO.

I see your reading comprehension is still as lacking as your general honesty. Posting this thread was the right thing to do; but since your particular case was settled, it's a pathetic and petty move to try to sic a bunch of people on his phone line. You have your money, so you have no point of contention which would require further contact. But I do appreciate you putting your pettiness out for all to see.

I've dumbed it down about as far as I possibly can. Maybe you'll get it this time around.

Wow that comment about religion was uncalled for and rude. I know this post is about bill north but comments like that will land you on people's list of people to avoid too.
I understand you still want to talk to the guy but encouraging members of the site to harass him is a little out of line imo. I know your pissed off the guy tried to scam you, I can completely relate with how angry you are but to avoid giving bill amo against you I'd suggest refraining from calling and having others harass him.

The conniption fit you threw after my initial post is what took this thread off track. You and your own actions are as much a part of the topic as those of the person whose name is in the title. True to the form that you showed in This Thread, you're still an utterly dishonest person with a persecution complex that doesn't seem to allow you to calmly accept even the slightest criticism. Your petty choice to come here in the hopes of initiating a pointless phone mob may be of interest to some. Or, as the FB crowd consistently shows, it may not be.

There is right and wrong and sometimes even a grey area. If your kid does good at school you pat them on the back because they are deserving of it. Do a good job at work get a promotion because you are deserving of it. Beat your wife go to jail because you are deserving of it. You guys get the point.
I think this guy prob deserves a beating from anyone he has ever scammed. He did not successfully scam me but I think he's deserving of a little tiny something. If it's a few extra pestering phone calls because if this thread that I created well I think he's deserving of it. The process he put me through was agervating. So if he gets agervated back so what. He's deserving of it. I'm not handing out his address and say hey if you live by him do me a favor and punch in the face and say Craig said hello. That would be to far. In my opinion. Well maybe not...
But If anyone feels it's wrong to call him and say "hey call Craig he wants to talk to you". Than simply do not do it. I'm not begging and pleading for this guy to suffer. But just because I got ahead of the situation before it escalated doesn't mean that he didn't attempt to scam me. He clearly did.
Maybe some people think he's does not deserve anymore than to be exposed but he tried to steal $1150 not $5 from me.
For every single action there is a reaction. Right?? Natures way. This is what I think is a very small reaction. He's just hiding behind a keyboard trying to figure out what he's going to try to sell you on next.
