I'm betting with you Dan. If he had some huge thing to post he would have already done it. He had no problems running his mouth all over Facebook. If he had some huge thing to add it would already be out there. When a person is looking as poorly as he is and has been looking why save something to say until a specific date. All he has to do tag my name in his post and put new info in and I'll take screen shots and post it here. So Jay got something to say then say it. I will make sure to drag it over here for you. That's me calling your bluff.
He talked on Facebook about posting the vet reports. He was thinking just the threat of doing it would be some kind of magic trick.
He's not ever coming back to fauna. This is where I put all my chips in.

I'd like to know why he's using a different last name to begin with, 3 for that matter, 1 real 2 fake. At least me using Ortiz on some things, like here, isn't as bad because when I'm married that WILL be my last name. And i actually have my legal name in the appropriate spot.

Him using 3 different names is pretty strange, not sure why I didn't pick up on it sooner but seeing the Facebook posts just made me think of it

Jays credibility is probably about the same as the dude wearing a trench coat stopping random cars a few blocks away from my house by now. And off topic, if there were only a few people calling Elexis an attention hound, they can now add me to that bandwagon. Posting 20 accusing comments asking for SSs of texts YOU ALREADY SAW all within a few hours of each other and claiming you 'caught a lie' (you caught something anyone could forget about, not a lie' every 10 minutes the 2nd set of the same SSs werent posted. Absolutely ridiculous and I would expect more of a CHILD! If your asking for potentially dozens of SSs common ****ing courtesy would be to wait a day or 2 for him to complete this 'hardly necessary and very inconvenient' task. Now you guys may have kissed and made up during the 20 pages after what i read, i dont know, but that whole ordeal has added you to my 'Do not do business with' list, and you arent even a part of this thread. As for Jay, hes also on the list now. And as for the OP, I hope you got your money or animals somewhere in the 20 pages i didnt read (because Elexis's tantrum annoyed the hell out of me) but if not, call the credit card company and give them all your evidense and then just hope.

I wasn't the only one who said they should be posted, and they should have been posted permanently, them not being and not knowing the full story made it look like Craig was hiding something. The more info that was posted it was clear he wasn't so I apologized, but guess that's not good enough :shrug: but again I don't want your business if you're going to base it off this thread, and that was no tantrum but call it what you will. I have several happy customers, 2 of which I drove threw a storm last night to get 2 different people their snakes, one I caught the label said wouldn't be delivered until 4:30pm. So instead of taking a chance of my animal dying in transit I drove 2+ hours to meet her so she received a live healthy snake, 4+ hour round trip but yep base it off this thread and not see the real me, this was questions asking for more info to be posted, apparently you and a couple people can't accept when I admitted I was wrong and apologized but again don't want your business.

There has been quite a bit of off topic posting over the past 2r hrs - rein it in, people.

As far as the questions regarding Jay/Jason's ban, I felt that I made my stance fairly clear in the thread Julia C initiated. At this point, without even considering the issues mentioned in my last post, Mr Ciccone may not be allowed to return...for the simple reason that he has not taken the final step in correcting his name issue. (I don't feel that the details are pertinent to this thread; but you will notice that his profile does not yet display his real name.) He has chosen to drag this out, for whatever reasons make sense to him - his motivation may well have been impacted by the knowledge that I wasn't lifting his ban early. C'est la vie.

Unless things have changed, it a waste of time and energy to file a complaint with IC3.

I filed a complaint back in March 2011, and contacted them 4 additional times, and I've never heard back in any way, shape, or form.

I hope you get what's yours!
