Well by your own words you don't think quarantine is important, so we could only assume what conditions theyre in. At the beginning it looked like you may have been right, I made my self a fool for believing you, being so passionate and it looking Craig purposely left out texts. I have no sympathy left for you now. Don't you dare go off on other members for interpreting the information, by what you say and what it appears you're leaving out. We could only guess the diseases you could have lurking because you cant even quarantine!

Can't figure out how to save this video. I found the original video he made. Thought he deleted it. Can someone please save it and send it to me if possible.
If you havnt watched it you need to. So so contradicting. And what's real funny is at the time he made it he claims to have the vet records. Wonder why he didn't put them in the video. This video was taken one month ago. He claims to have seen a vet 2 months ago. Guess he hadn't fudged the paperwork yet at that time.

Damn, that was fast! Jay's really haunting this thread in the background. First, he deletes his Fakebook thread after I'd brought out some screenshots; now, he's just deleted the videos from Youtube. Methinks there's the reek of desperation wafting from the Garden State. Looks like someone's trying to cover his tracks for some odd reason. :pinocchio-smiley:

Jason Ciccone has failed to comply with the site's rules and repeatedly lied about it the entire duration. He was extended a great many opportunities for a relatively long span of time and squandered them. As such, he has been banned on the order of permanence. This is a direct result of his own string of consistently poor choices.

Watched it, when it first came out, and can say that the only reason I am glad, that I did, is that it allows one to see inconsistencies, &/or changes, to his stories.
However, watching, & listening to, the videos was/is brutal.

He was obviously preparing the masterstroke that would have proven he's the victim in all of this, which you naturally had to step in and forestall, since this whole site is unduly biased against him. imo Jason's only purpose of returning was a last ditch effort to smear Craig's rep by posting a "Bad Guy" thread on Fauna for others to see, nothing more. He could've easily responded via Craig's existing thread to voice his defense; however, that would've defeated his main objective.
 
Rarely have I seen anyone destroy their own reputation so thoroughly and in such pathetic fashion as Jay. He will not be missed here, that's for sure.

The posting of the letters was Jay's choice. It would have been convenient if Chris would have come here himself to address this, but I understand his position and his current burdens are many. I have known him to be an immensely busy man both within his practice and beyond it.



The animals examined by Chris were stated to have come from Craig Wyatt by Jay Ciccone. Stated. Chris has also shared that Jay Ciccone showed him the shipping label for the chameleons sent by Craig Wyatt. Whether or not the animals came from any particular source is not something Chris is responsible for determining and he drafted the letters with the information he observed by examining the patients themselves along with the historical information attributed to Craig Wyatt by Jay Ciccone. The historical information's content and veracity are subject to provision by its source, of course.

Chris Stancel may be a good vet & great guy, but by his response to you Nick, I would not take an animal to him. Jay broke Doctor patient confidentiality when he posted those unprofessional letters. Those letters will not hold up in a court of law (nor public) due to the lack of date on them and missing identifying information on the chams.

I am inferring from the responses the Dr sent to others, is that Jay took 8 chams (no where was it stated the specific species) to the vet, which the vet looked at and made deductions based on the information Jay provided. There was no formal examination, no x-rays or blood work; just supposition based on the clients "facts". As such, the letters are worthless as evidence, just as the Pet Protection Law is invalid in this case of reptiles.

Chris Stancel really should weigh in here and explain his letters, as they reek of unprofessionalism. The sellers name should never have been mentioned, there is no supporting evidence to show that the chams were examined closely and professionally, no identifying information was provided in the letters as to what type(s) of chams were seen … etc. This is enough to cast a shadow on the doctors reputation.
