Ok this thread developed quite a bit the last day!

I must say Chris' new posts appear to be easier to read than the older ones, it's still hard for a Dutch man...

What I understand is a lot of Bla Bla and that he is trying to turn his story again. Chris is now even claiming that he never talked to me on Facebook. Well, I have quite a few ways to proof that.

It is hard to understand that he is not taking good care of the animals. I have warned him for that and all he had to do is hand me over the snakes when I was there... Should the animal cruelty shelter be informed? I don't know how that works in the US.

This whole ordeal has messed up my business plans and personal life a lot this year. I have been working on two projects which needed funding. The funding was planned to come from the shipment I did; around $30,000 more from Chris + around $60,000 from the other stock. Chris knew about this and he was full aware of how important it was for me. We have been planning this shipment for more than 6 months and talked a lot in the meanwhile. He has no excuse.

Instead of paying money Chris backed out, kept my snakes and left me emptyhanded. I had to fly over to the US trying to fix it with him, but found out I had to hire an Attorney. Unfortunately I have to say it led to sequence of personal troubles and loss of business.

At this point I cannot put my evidence online or make statements, because I need my attorney to handle the case. I have been saving money to pay the retainer for the attorney, so Chris will get what he asked for very soon!

In the meanwhile I am working on a new shipment to fund for the rest of the costs. I will do whatever is necessary. At this point I am extra reasonable pricewise, so if you want a true and legit Raptorboa, please contact me. Extra sales now could help me fight my fight against mr. Chris Keeney. Have fun I can not let this crap keep taking from me and my family when you guys will believe whatever and whe I send proof you just say I'm liying so it's hard for me to want to countinue in this method when my name is drestroyed but if any one else wants to Investigate all the way back though this email issue I will respond to it buy responding to his email again and adding your name to it I'm told people with experience in this can trace back to kevin in this manner. We text and talked about deals but I told you make me hole on this first then we proceed. Not really sure I'd wholly agree with your assessment of the language used. It's bland and not particularly well-written in any sense of the term, which doesn't rule out either party. I think it could have been written by either one, honestly.

Regarding the capitalization habits you'd mentioned, the emails that Kevin just sent me seem to contradict the idea that he does it consistently.

Something's been bothering me about the email that Chris had sent me last night. Maybe I'm just imagining grumpkins, but do those breaks in the blue lines look odd to anyone else? I looked through what emails I had saved and haven't seen that particular thing happen in any other email. In all the rest, once the vertical blue line ends, it never picks up again after such a short gap. It just seems off to me. I think we need an good IT person on the case.

Funny that you'd bring that up. Although it seems almost inconceivable, you may not be quite as painfully stupid as you seem. If someone could finagle the emails into appearing to say something they actually don't, I'd think it might be someone with a degree in IT.

Arbutration is for the guilty not the innocent. Its a way of saying i have no chance in hell of winning this case and will lose my butt in court. Lets settle so i dont lose as much and this issue doesnt become a public record because that will hurt my future also.

In California it's usually a 50/50 split of contested product unless gross neglagabce on either party's side. A court case like this usually one to two weeks at 50-100k then only winner is attorney. All I am asking you to do is admit what you know will come out any way as evidence say sorry for it correct my rep so I can sell my stock. Then present sides and evidence to mediator and possibly walk out not in negative.

Haha my it degree was in back early 90's and yes one of my many degrees but would you not agree ip signatures when sent via email are not Fakeable since it's a reply it shows where it originated from my acceptance and his acceptance and signature from origanal packet. When I submit under a reply and you open it I can not touch your source coding. It's does not work that way. Lol
