    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy GIOVANNI GARCIA.....You have to see this !!

A heat pack gets a peak of 130°, that's just one heat pack. You put 4 heat packs in a box that small, then it's like packing the sun in there.

I find it scarey and funny that Genius Garcia is a Contractor, Genius can't figure out how build a box, let alone trust him with a hammer and nails.

Stuff these 2 nitwits in the box....

I know, very unfortunate that this beautiful monitor had to pay the price from improper shipping methods.
 
I would like to see a pic of those 4 heat packs, especially since the good Dr. did take pics of the poor monitor, the box, the bag and Styrofoam insulation. Where are those heat packs?

Amazing observation. I brought them up side by side and compared markings.

Wow! Awesome, job and huge kudos to you both, Ashley Word and Chevy Manchester. I also took the liberty to check further after you both posted and yes, I see the same animal. My further comparisons are in green .. note the "arrow" mark in the tail, and the very identical markings further down the tail. Not nearly as good as Chevy's observations, just a small observation. You two rock!

And lest the sale ad is removed (the link that Ashley was on top of and posted), the monitor was posted for sale by Anthony Martinez, Fauna user name bmb1215 from Chicago.
 
I do believe it is the same animal. Giovanni should have never have shipped it that way. It is he that had the final choice of whether and how to ship.
That being said, I find Brunner's behavior unprofessional. He knew of the weather by his own admission. When the poor critter died, he did what he could to throw everyone under the bus and try to assume the role of the victim.

I think the poor lizard is the victim here.

So the "don't know how to so will someone to explain it" appears to be the seller saying he doesn't know how to ship? This makes me think the shipping was just pure ignorance, and not malice (as others have noted). Really very sad and upsetting to think that the monitor died like from something that a quick internet search could have prevented. If the seller had truly used SYR as he seems to have said he would, the information and standards they provide would have prevented this too.

Instead there is a buyer urging him to just ship it, and a seller who just stuffs it in a box. Very sad for the animal that both people failed it in this manner.

Ultimately, it's on the seller that he chose to ship without researching how to do it. He should man up, admit his wrong doing and refund the buyer, or at least the 50% that Brunner asked for (now I understand why he only asked for 50%). Don't get me wrong -it's not that I have sympathy for Brunner, who played his part in this fiasco by pushing for the shipping, and for sending the money friends and family. But the seller definitely did wrong here. It's very disappointing that his responses (at from the conversations posted) have consisted of "#@#@ You" and not any effort to make things right.

Lose-lose situation for everybody here: seller, buyer and worst of all, a beautiful monitor.
 
Did Anthony Martinez sell the lizard to Giovanny Garcia who sold it to Brunner, or are Anthony and Giovanny the same person?
 
Anthony Martinez, the seller in the posted ad, just emailed me back, here is what he told me:
"No I did not sell him the black throat, I sold her to another person named skyler petrancosta. Then he sold her to him."
 
Yes I did not sell her to him, I don't even know him. I sold her to another man. Skyler, I actually message him on FB skyler. I asked him did he sell her to Giovanni and he said yes

Thanks, Anthony, for your honesty and further info. Just really stinks that the ONLY victim here is that poor girl. Got no sympathy for Giovanni Garcia or Robert Brunner.

Let the public beware ... both of them.
