    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Casey is off his rocker and only making himself look worse here.....like Dan said, his comments are telling of his own definition of integrity and based upon his conclusions, I would not do business with him again or recommend him to anyone in the future.

This has always been the clincher for me, as far as my sympathy vote is concerned. What Casey has described above has been my understanding of said events as well. At some point, the tegu that Michelle could have gotten was then re auctioned AND delivered to someone else do to her failure/refusal to provide her address.

Was said tegu actually delivered to someone else successfully?
A simple "yes" or "no" by a helpful reader is enough, thanks.

Firs post was an albino blue to be produced by him
To be delivered in July and if he doesn't produce any this year, chance of this is almost none I will give $3000 out of my own pocket.

I think it's safe to say that all of the people that entered the raffle trusted and expected what he said.

He had Produced "an albino" tegu. Purple IS an albino. So that wouldn't be an"upgrade" and that's what I should have gotten. ALSO WASNT DELIVERED IN JULY. SO either way all terms in post 1 and 2 he did not honor!!!!

The clerk asked him if he would give me a t+ next season. He said no to that too

He never told me he would send me a t+ (which technically is NOT an upgrade )
He then auctioned it and raised another $5,510 on top of the 9,000 from the march raffle
The IRCF won't answer as to if they received the whole $14,510 either.

I don't know But he never said he would send me "the t+ albino. In fact he said no multiple times.
What is he shipping to me? He says a tegu like in the raffle photo!!!
The photo was a t- which he said he had not produced any and he said he couldn't even get any. So I feel it's fair to know what was going to be shipped.
 
Ty made it clear, as amplfied in my last post, that the winner would receive an ALBINO BLUE TEGU PRODUED BY TY OR $3000. Where is the effing confusion??? TY LIED AND DID NOT FULFILL HIS OBLIGATION...PERIOD!!!

She made it clear she wanted an albino BLUE produced by Ty, which is exactly what he based his campaign on. His ad made that clear, and at no time did he offer exactly what he solicited people to donate their money for, thus the OPs point. There was no misrepresentation. He got what he wanted. She got screwed. If I said what I thought of Ty here, I would be banned permanently! Nuff said. Just sayin'.
 
My point being, the tegu she "could have gotten" was not a blue produced by Ty, as solicited and promised by Ty. And before any of you Mr.Walker fans pounce on me, don't bother. He is by far one of my favorite people on the planet, well deserved!

and nw people are questioning if the 1st post where he mislead all of his followers should be voided or if the 2nd post where the raffle technically started is the valid one? well hmmmmmm the 2nd post stated an albino tegu!!!!!!!! isnt a purple an albino? YES but he still refuses to give me that so now what can they say,

all i can say is this man needs to step off his high horse and realize rich or not he is a person not a saint. he had a raffle and he should be forced to uphold his end of the deal . i should not have had to remind him of his terms, he knew damn well what he was doing and it was a game......PERIOD

I guess since the entire discussion is being dredged up again, the subject of raffle legalities (or the lack thereof) will have to be dredged, as well. Just as well, readers should have that info refreshed. And the thread should probably be sent around some more.

Michelle, this is one of the few threads where I need not ask questions. I know who is wrong. So will a solid judge. You contributed to a charity which ,unfortunately, was run by a boy who was obviously raised by...nevermind.

I went looking through the thread for this, but couldn't find a yes or no. Post #45 the other winner of the original raffle states he received his tegu. But I don't think that's the question.

Post #67 shows a text about the winner of the second raffle of "Michelle's" tegu. I don’t know if it has been shown here that the other person actually got that tegu. Ty also reportedly told the court clerk that the tegu had been auctioned off so was no longer available. Seems like a pretty solid assumption that it was delivered, but still an assumption. I admittedly did not go through every post though!
