My "point" should be easy to get by reading my post, if not, then try reading it a few more times.
And why exactly is it that you can post "Weve seen similar claims against good people before" and you feel it's perfectly OK; but I post the other side of the coin and I am "stirring the pot" and "pointing out the obvious"?
And for the record what is your relationship to Chris? PM buddy, on-line pal? Exchanged some e-mails before? You are ready to give him the benefit of the doubt but call 2 different people to task because why, Chris has been around here for awhile?
I have no problem with asking them for proof, which they provided early and you failed to read, but you should hold all parties to the same standard of proof.
It's not like Chris has earned a lot of respect here based on his previous posts, you can find them earlier in the thread as well in case you "missed them" too, and his "death in the family" excuse has a few holes in it too, IMO.

I asked my question because it looked like you were trying to stir the pot by making a comment to something i said that was based on further reasoning i did not express. *actually, youve made several comments to posts ive made, which further prompted me to ask that question* because seemingly over here on my side of the fence, my opinion does not match your own, and id like to see what the accused has to say about this, or, if anything at all.
Since this is new to the BOI, i feel that some time should be given before i make a permenant stance. These things can turn around right quick, so why not make a decision as best i can on the FACTS that i can gather from all the parties, IF something really did happen to one of this guys family members?
I did not post all possible outcomes on the BOI ( meaning, i did not say, that this guy could have been good "turned bad" * sure, i think that outcome would be entirely possible, i just did not express it here, at that moment in time...*), but just merely pointed out one reason i questioned and looked for proof, because it was similar to a recent thread about another dragon breeder, and i felt just cause to ask. Pardon my reasoning for asking my question because of, and then mentioning specifically that reason, apparantly it did not seem to have any relevance to you, in relation to this thread. Are there guidelines to how one should post questions on the BOI?
Memnoch is not here to post his side * as far as we can tell*, so i could not
at the time, make any sort of hard line decision based on the guy, soley for past postings he might have made on the site, just based off of two other members i have no clue about either without any proof. ( there are lots of members that make posts that i might not agree with, or like seeing, but that does not necessarily mean everything as to the type of business person they are.) and there are no Good or Bad Guy threads about him. Does that mean i was not giving these guys the benefit of the doubt too!? just because i dont say something, does NOT mean i do not think it.

You assume much, about my opinion, or which side im looking at ( my stance, on any of the parties), and myself. Yet, you have no clue about how i proceed in my thought process on these kinds of posts, or how i feel currently, apparantly from your post here. So i suggest you not assume.

Towards you....I was asking you a simple question as to why you were nitpicking my posts. You seem to have a problem with my stance, and my posts. and if thats the case, please, do ask. I did not reach so far as to discredit you, or insult your integrity on this site by questioning your reason for nitpicking at my posts. Again. You went much too far.
and, because you have asked, and i am completely honest, I know, none of the people associated with this transaction personally. Nor do i feel, that i have spoken with them personally, on any sort of personal level. ( A pm sent on this site? maybe, but not that i can personally remember) I am not friends with any of them. So Kick that thought right out the door now.
I will hold all of these people to the same standards, but i was leaniant in the fact that, yeah, its fairly possible that this guy really could have had a member of his family pass on, and i feel SOME time should be allowed before ASSUMPTIONS are made. sort of like cat said earlier, sometimes things like these make people act differently as they normally would.
