Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I bought them.I have been into snakes since I was 7 years old ,and I used to have water snakes.Just trying to get my childhood back I guess.

That's OK Eric, I'm pretty easily confused. ;)

I understand what you're saying. Did he ever say how he was going to ship them? I know it would cost more than $40 just to ship (unless he was going to go with USPS, eek), so it just seems weird that even if he just wanted them gone, he would be dumb enough to sell them for a price that would end up costing HIM money to get rid of em.

Like I said, I'd stop payment on the check....it'll probably cost ya half of the payment, but at least he won't have it.
 
You should still be able to stop payment, I think....I had it done to me one time. I had cashed the check a couple of weeks prior, and the bank took the money out of my checking account.

I know it has been cashed.....but I would still call your bank. Like I said, I had it done to me a few years ago, and had cashed the check beforehand....they took the money out of my checking account (even though I had physically cashed it). I suppose it depends on your bank, but it may be possible....especially if fraud was involved.
 
i just heard from chris he called after i have called and left message , he says he will make it right / sending out water snakes and paying back the money he ous both of us , i hope he is cincear . he sounds like it .

Why do you suppose that he will maintain contact with you, but no one else? Seems really odd....
 
I was wondering the same thing, Cathy. Perhaps because Toni is the only giving the benefit of the doubt?
I presume Toni is female (and please forgive me if I am wrong!), so it might make sense Chris would call a female before he'd call any guys he's PO'd.
 
I sent Chris another email yesterday, still no reply. BTW, he shipped the first batch of beardies through USPS($26.00) even though he charged $50 for the shipping. Notice I said first batch. He has still not sent me the second batch and still has my money. He owes me $235. Yeah, I feel like he's hiding from me. What excuse could he have? He doesn't have a leg to stand on. Now we know that he has three people's money. Who else will pop up that he owes money to? I won't buy any of his excuses, he has admitted to Toni that he does not have our beardies and that he spent our money. Plus, he does not bother to contact any of us until Toni finally hunts him down on his phone and corners him. I left several messages on his voicemail days ago. Actions speak louder than words and his actions have said quite a bit.
 
for me . i was a cop years a go and i told him on his voice message that i had his address his phone and his bank with all his info , and if he knew anything about the law at all his signature was on my check and so is his girl freinds , i would take him to court and file charges agenst him for fraud , i would also file for any costs incured for doing so and that includes plaine tickets , he could be facing jail time and so could his girl for sineing it . also , this would be more expensive then returning my money and i gave him a certain amount of days to contact me , then i followed up with his voice again, this is why he contacted me back .it seems like from how he talks a big part of his money is from buying and selling . and thats no way to keep aflote , but if he don't have the money to give back he needs time to dig it up . i just keep on him until i get it . no threts just facts . this guy don't want to sit jail time someone presses charges on him he is goin to be sittin in jail and have a perminant mark on his record . no one will ever hire him for nothin,he will be screwed . he called back fuck was in his words a lot of times and telling me not to threten him , i told him i am not thretning just stateing the facts.,,,,,,,,,,,

I have never heard anything good about Chris,and 1 out of 20 of my customers has had a go in with him, check out the listings and banter on www.talktothefrog.com , he is a cheat and a liar
 
Chris called me at work tonight.He said he will be sending out my water snakes

I mentioned earlier on this thread that I had a good transaction with him. I don't like what I am reading now about him, but that doesn't change the fact that my transaction with him for some bromeliads went very well.
 
everyone please accept my appolgies. eric your snakes are going out tommorow. toni i have talked to you and have things lined up. i had a horrible thing to deal with up north, i will not get into it because all the gossip queens on here will say im lying. so with that said i will right things with these three individuals and the rest can go on to another gossip colum. nautimis... from swinnings exotics. dont make me laugh. everyone knows what scumbag vendor you are with your diseased animals you sell. your just mad from being banned from talk to the frog. swannes exotics pull that name up on boi see what you find. im very sorry again, to top it off my computer was crashed when i came home from all the damn porn some of my roomates were watching.idiots. anyway all will be fixed

Gosh Chris....thanks. All of those who originally were telling folks to perhaps have some compassion and patience with you are now the "gossip queens", huh? Jerk.

cat..... this is what im talking about. that was not aimed at you or anyone in particuliar. thankyou CAT and all who had something decent to say. im just sayin there are alot of people who come to this section of the forum for entertainment. to stir shit up etc etc.
