First off, I originally tried to state some facts to help clear up about 14 pages of BS on this thread. Second, I am not supporting Nick in any of my post, He's my friend but that does not mean I agree with his business tactics 100% of the time. Regarding Josh, All I know is that (Yes) he worked for Dark Forest Reptiles for months. I am unaware of the agreement he had with Nick regarding compensation. If Nick agreed to pay him a certain amount and has failed to do so then shame on him (But that needs to be taken up with Josh, Josh's father and Nick and possibly quick claims court) not a group of outsiders that are unaware of the facts pertaining to the situation. If someone owed my son money, Trust me-They would pay up quick! Everyone in Life eventually gets what they deserve in the long run. I understand the purpose of the BOI, however I do not agree when people that have no interest at all of a certain situation get involved and post a negative thread. Example: I asked you directly if you get enjoyment out of holding pickles. Now you have ever right to come back at me directly if you choose. However, It would not be right for Critical Bill to comment about you playing with pickles unless it was his pickle you were playing with. Right? Maybe that was a bad example, but I'm sure you get the point.

I completely agree with you Bruce. Believe me, I'm no advocate of the Wildlife Commissions. ESPECIALLY with the (many) rediculous laws and regulations they have. Granted, like you said, they do provide a very important role and they have a lot on their plate. But on the write up report from them, the main and most critical thing that stands out is the fine and the possible jail time. Why that harsh, because he has past violations with them. If I got busted for keeping gators without a permit, I'd either A)Get the permit to keep them, or B)Get rid of the gators. I think most reputable business would do the same. I'm sure you either got the $5 dollar permit, or got rid of the plants. That does freaking suck though, $150 for a first time offense.

First lie, if you read the thread you will see where Nick said Josh NEVER worked for him. You just verified Josh's claim. Since Nick is saying that Josh NEVER worked for him..who's the liar?

There is no IF. Since he's lying about the child working for him, it's also probable that he's lying about everything else.

Yeah, I've been asking for proof of employment or some sort of record since this thread started (even received some bad karma for it). While that hasn't been posted, there has been at least some others who have backed up the claim that Josh worked there, including you (volunteered). What Nick and Josh agreed upon initially may never be known.

True story: I work as a piercer in a tattoo shop. I'm an independent contractor paying rent and managing my own taxes, business, affairs, etc. The owner has had an offer for an other artist to come in and rent a room...same deal. I've never been screwed by this artist, never seen any HORRIBLE tattoos by him, but I have heard enough over the years from different, unrelated individuals to tell the owner that I will not work in the same establishment with this man. He's got too much baggage, and I don't want to wind up carrying it.

Does this story make sense to you?

These shenanigans are fun to read through. I signed up just to post my experience with Dick and I got sucked in. Anyway, it's crazy how people can read through these threads and all of the posts that the one admin just put up today, and still be like "Neahhhh these are just some people with alot of time on their hands." Generally speaking, I think we would all agree that Adolf Hitler was an asshole. Do we all know him personally?? No. But I'd still be willing to say he's a bad person because of his actions. Those who rolled with him probably would argue that. "Well, Heinrich Himmler said he was a good guy and a blast at parties. And hey, if he's so bad, why are so many people coming to his rallys?"

We will also invite all of those that you have been previously bashed, some for good reason, some just because you felt you needed to post something. We can rent out one of the Ball rooms at the Hilton and charge addmission of $20.00 for spectators to attend. Hell, I bet we could raise more money then the annual silent auction. This will give all of you the opportunity to come out of your dark holes and speak your mind freely in person, we could even hire a bouncer or two so everyone would have ample time to speak their mind before the crowd got unleashed. Sounds like a good ole time to me!

This reptile community as a whole is small and there is a great bias towards people that keep and/or breed reptiles. Every single time one of the those people involved brings unwarranted and especially unwanted negative attention to it, we are all seen as guilty by association; [You should be able to relate to this because of your admitted ties/friendship with a know scammer, FWC repeat violator, youtube-posting scumbag, liar, thief etc.. etc...] So yes, We all have and will continue to be personally affected
by this.

I find it incomprehensible how you and Mr. "I've been in business since 1462 and hate snakes" can ignore, pay no attention to, take no notice of, close your eyes to, pay no heed to, disregard, not take into account, overlook, discount, dispense with, ... everything that has been posted repeatedly and endlessly about this guy both here and on the FWC website ( Oh yeah, those repeated offenses have no merit he didn't pay for the 5$ permit excuse?)
