    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Update NICK IS A GOOD GUY!

OK, he and I just talked. I fully understand his make up now.

The long and short of it is (for persons selling to him). He will tell you he is interested in your animals and request that you put a list together and ask you if they are all feeding and then tell you to send an invoice and WAIT to see if a better deal comes through or not. If not, HEY you just won the Nick lottery, if not, then no sweat he waisted your time and you should not be upset because of that. He said I should have taken the hint that he wasn't interested in my package when he did not pay the invoice. My mistake, I apologize for not understanding that side of the buisness. I can't wait to go to Target or WalMart tongight and get something and not pay for it until later after I have determined it is the best deal. Again, sorry Nick!

Oh and another thing, none of you should actually post your experiences with him unless they are good experiences. He adviced me that I was a F&*^ing looser for posting on here and attacking him and telling people not to do buisness with him. First I did not ever say "do not do buisness with Nick", the thread started asking about peoples dealings with Nick. I simply stated my dealings and I am the looser for offering my factual dealings rather than keeping my mouth shut like he would prefer. Sorry again Nick, I did not understand the poster was only interested in me leaving good feed back rather than factual feedback.

Finally he asked what I hoped to acomplish by posting on the BOI and I said I had achieved it by him finally balling up and calling, he said that is just the way he is, he doesn't call people back if he decideds he is not going to deal with them, he figures they will get the hint.

So, sorry again Nick for not understanding how the real buisness world is supposed to operate, thanks for letting me know. I have to run now, I need to get to Walmart to get some things to se if I can get a better deal at Target..........

Hi I'm Patrick marsh new to this. I had order 5 3 month old panther chameleons & 2
Williams I from precision reptile lads on 11/10/08 I got the order
at my house on 11/11/08.I opened the box 1 Williams I was died & the
other was not far behind it died in 36 hours. The panthers where 3to4 weeks old not month as I order 3 of theme died in 3 or 4 days I
called & email precision reptile labs & got no response
 
Buying a panther for $99 is kind of like buying a 57 inch flat screen off of the back of a truck in a parking lot for $150. There are enough red flags there for you to realize that something clearly isn't on the level, and you shouldn't be surprised when the cops seize it as evidence.

Welcome to Fauna, Patrick. While there is probably nothing you can do to recoup your losses now, short of filing a claim with small claims court (I would if you've saved documentation), at least you've found a new research tool to use in future dealings. Good luck.
 
There are 30 pages of posts here, and another 30 in another thread explaining why not. He's been banned from this site, and the chameleon forums. You can however by a $99 dollar panther from someone who happens to be a racist, lying, con artist with multiple criminal investigations and some severe personality disorders, just like a TV off the back of a truck :)

It is he shipped animals out that where to young to go anywhere and the animals suffered the price not me &not you or him the animals. That is y I posted not get my money.I got that back through visa. It is so that people know that he has No regard for the animals.
 
Hey Keith, lighten up. I'm sure had he read those pages and found out what kind of guy Nick was, he wouldn't be here posting about his bad deal. Patrick has made 3 posts here, that's it. Most people find out about Fauna AFTER getting screwed. I'm sure if he had it to do over, he'd decide differently. Also, I think he was trying to say that it's not inconceivable that a decent breeder with too many babies would sell them cheap to move them.
 
Its the internet, who cares what I have to say? Why should I lighten up? The whole point of message boards is that frustrated, failures at life such as myself can take cheap shots at other people when they're down. I'm sure his day wasn't at all dampened by anything I had to say.

My only point is that when people purchase from bottom feeding market crashers like that, they get what they deserve. His little stunts on kingsnake have dropped the average price of panther $100 in the last 3 months, and driven a lot of people that were producing quality animals out of the game. I don't blame him, I blame the suckers that buy from him. Eventually all we'll have left to buy are cheap, half dead, indonesian farmed mixed locale animals like he's selling.

All these animals have are their perceived value, but when the profitability falls out, they'll be reduced to being bred under horrible conditions by nascar fans in trailer parks like half of the leopard geckos, cornsnakes, and ball pythons on the market.

People who offer quality will last. Ask Rico Walder or Tony Nicoli how they feel about all the wc and farmed imports coming into this country at rock bottom prices.

And ya might not want to go around spewing that folks that breed Leos, Corns or Balls that live in a trailer do it in horrible conditions. I will put my facilities up against yours anyday!

If all you did was sign up here to stir trouble... you probably wont last long here.

I don't breed anything. My only vested interest in the marketplace is as a consumer.

For future references, when used as a verb, its advise, as a noun, the proper word is advice.
