I was advised by an ex- PA State Trooper and an attorney to wait till I retain a confident attorney before turning myself in but money is an issue for me a the moment but believe me heads are gonna roll when I have my day!
If money is an issue...you were advised wrong. You are evading police and it is a class b misdemeanor (on top of your other charges). The fine is roughly $2,000 (on top of that which you do not have), or a jail term not to exceed 180 days (on top of that which you could be sentenced to stemming from the other charges), or both should the judge decide.
In any event, you can forget about bail - I mean that's just out the window at this point. No matter who you are able to get to defend you, no matter how good they are, you will not get bail. This is why most people who live on the fringe of illegal activity have a good lawyer on retainer and a nice chunk of change set aside for bail money.
You are only prolonging the inevitable and making a bad situation for yourself worse. It would be smart of you to turn yourself in now.
Great tactful analysis of the situation!
