Richard, I believe the idea was in jest, no one can be on hand for another person to check their words and deeds 24/7. Adults are ordinarily responsible for their own words and deeds.

I took it more like he needs a PR guy to be his front man, so the cursing and flipping out wasn't seen. But like I said, just because you take the after-tantrums away, the original issues of switching animals, missexing animals and not making the deal right afterwards also still points as a "bad guy".

This probably could have been resolved

without all the fanfare considering the price factor... I dont see a benefit for Dan to try and trick someone who was in the process of probing the animal and very easily could have said "no deal" .. after finding out that the sex was not as advertised... So you walk away.. Unless I am wrong, the person took the snake anyway... Who is to blame for that !

The bottom line is very simple. Dont do any business with Dan unless you are prepared for the unexpected.. I think he is more of a screw up then a thief.. He is certainly his own worst enemy..

I met him once for a transaction which went smoothly as I physically saw and took the animals I wanted.. payed for, and parted...

There are people who do not have that luxury. The risk then becomes 10 fold as his percentage for making a simple sale a nightmare increases and I think its his inability to think straight.. He is a non focused individual who seems to be incapable of doing the right thing the first time around...
In this case it was 1 snake, $ 75.00 for a trade of 1 snake for $ 75.00.... His sales /trades border on Murphys bipolarism.( If something wrong can happen, it will happen to Dan) Thats just the way it is ! Randall, hope you are doing ok.... JERRY

I like Chuck too. And he tries, when he is reminded, to not throw sand at others at the playground. He reminds me of one of those giant Wrestlemania guys, loud and always on the edge.
I do not have the same opinion of Wes, but enough of that.

I am asking you, for your own sake and your future here, to quit with the off topic posting and diverting threads from their targets by generating subthreads that are completely irrelevant.

I do hate banning people, but I have to confess that I really don't miss those that I have banned permanently. So it's up to you at this point.

BTW, I really didn't mean to take this thread off topic myself, but I felt it necessary to do so in this instance. Sorry....

Although I don't always understand or have a super clear vision of exactly where the line in the sand has been drawn, and often cross that line, I do respect your vision and what you're trying to accomplish with the BOI. I think its best that I no longer participate on this particular forum (the BOI).

I'm best suited for the hell forum and maybe a few others. I believe it was created for people like me. I recognize that I never seem to get into much trouble accept when I'm in this forum. Should my name ever pop up here in this forum, which I highly doubt because I'm not a greedy scumbag and nor do I associate myself with them, I'll be around so I can defend myself.

And please, don't bicker about me. I truly appreciate those who've come to my defense but I wouldn't feel happy knowing you received infraction points for it.
