Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Are you now in personal contact with Toni and speaking for her as well? I ask because the last couple posts of hers on BLBC say no such thing, so I'm curious as to whether you've been staying in touch with her 147, or just assuming?

The longer she avoids trying to work something out, the fishier this smells to me. Call me a skeptic, but when this amount of money is involved, I'd be all over the place trying to get it back.

you are assuming a lot just by one post
no i dont speak for her yes i have been in contact with her she is not avoiding any thing how are you so sure she has not been in touch with every one and they are not getting back to her i am not saying thats what happend but you never know

I simply asked if you were acting as her spokesperson, since you posted on here claiming firsthand knowledge of her situation. She's not here speaking for herself. I never said I was sure of anything in here. That's why I'm asking. When she stops posting, but others continually come on here and answer questions FOR her and offer excuses for her not answering them herself, I question it.

And for the record, what exactly ARE you saying? If you have been in contact with her, why not enlighten the community with what's going on as far as the offer made, etc?

As it's been stated before in this thread -- Toni is currently in poor health -- without giving out to much personal information if you put two and two together and you might be able to figure out why she aint here.
 
Toni contacted me yesterday after this thread was brought back up. She stated she was contacted and was told I needed her address but nothing more. So she supplied it. She explained to me what she had going on with her personal life and that she had no plans of coming here right now to see what has been posted.

I don't think she was aware of anything posted about the return of the snake or anything that was offered including the fact that Debbie had already purchased the money orders. I know Debbie stated she emailed her but I don't think Toni read it. Anyway, I sent a note back to read the thread here or on the BLBC and gave her the gist of what Debbie offered. Debbie hasn't sent me the money orders yet because Toni hasn't agreed to anything at this point. I haven't heard anything back after replying to her. I haven't been in contacted with Debbie to know if she has talked to her yet either.

my name is Andrew not andy okay and i will say it again i do not speak for toni i dont under stand how come no one can read that i have said time and time again i do not speak for toni so i really would like people to stop saying it
 
I have to say, now that I re-read the posts, that I agree. 147 and Tosha are not so much speaking for Toni. They're merely stating or relaying excuses for why Toni hasn't been here or responded to questions asked.

Toni has pretty much stated she won't come back here, because we as a group ask more questions than she'd like to answer. I've been watching the BLBC thread too, and she's been pretty much AWOL from there.

It does seem to me though that if others are in contact with her, she should by now have heard of the offer made. I guess we're just wondering why she hasn't answered. BLBC does seem a better place for her however, since they don't really seem to want to know answers as much as offer sympathy. *shrug*

I'm just REALLY curious about the snake at the vet. How is it doing? How are the other two snakes doing? Where are the other two snakes located, since Toni has stated they're not in her QT? I know she's probably not going to answer these, nor are her friends on here, but just thought I'd put out my concerns in the thread. :) Maybe one of you guys can relay these concerns, and come back with her replies? Just a thought.

Please show me where I stated I didn't like the BLBC? I could assume you don't like the English language since you seem to want to butcher it with grammar and spelling errors, but I don't. I could assume you're a lazy individual who can't be bothered to notice the big red lines under your misspelled words and hit the backspace key to fix them, but I don't. Don't assume I don't like the BLBC simply because I made a statement on how it's different there from the BOI. Thanks. :)
 
The BLBC is not better than the Fauna, or vice versa. They are two different sites, with different points of view, both valid sometimes.

But if Toni can post on one site, and has been in contact with TWO people reading the threads and commenting on her behalf(answering why she is not here, for instance), then I do not understand why she would have NO knowledge of the offered deal.

If either Tosha, or 147 has been talking to Toni, then whynot get answers to the burning questions of "Why does she not want to let anyone see that snake?" "Where are the other 2 equalled exposed snakes, and why are they not housed at the vet, when the one is housed there?"
For the record, I'm a member at both BLBC, and here, and BP.net and other sites too. I don't see as it's an issue.

Again with the assuming. I was merely using your bad grammar as an example of why people SHOULDN'T assume things like you did. I'd love to debate this with you in another more appropriate forum if you wish.

OR how the snakes are? Wouldnt that be a prime topic of conversations considering there is a large sum of money that, does indeed need to be resolved??
 
This is simply my interpretation -- Toni is done trying to jump through hoops for Debbie -- Debbie relinquished her rights to the snake and told Toni that if she provided the vet report she could have replacement animal/refund -- the vet report was presented to her and Debbie reneged again, stalled, argued, denied, lied and presented some more hoops -- just like she did for the first two months before this hit the BOI. If Debbie wanted or needed proof she had plenty of time to ask for it - hell she could have had the snake back three months ago to do what she pleases but she didn't. But done is done.

My best guess is that when Toni is healthy and able this will become a legal matter so from here on out she won't likely be saying anything further publicly on either forum. If Debbie wants to step up to the plate prove that she is a woman of her word and work with her then she needs to open the lines of communication and do so.
