    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

So I paid money by Wire Transfer.(Through the bank)

Seems to be that there is some people who cancelled orders last minute and wanted refunds and now bitching they are not getting them the way they want. after purchasing animals Alex has a responsibility to ship theanimals thats it.

where else can you purchase an order and change your mind with a refund ,not including the evil that is wal mart.

Alex email although full of choice language put it right. you got three choices get a fair refund, the animals or f off.

noone yet has said they contacted his lawyer in which he gave you the info too. if you did you wouldnt be continuing here cause you would be adivised not to. Any attorney would tell you to stop slandering someone in public with a case they are involved with.

japanese LLC are you not a scammer yourself. I remember seeing your name on a list of scammers smewhere but you may be wrong.

I am having dealings with a lot of American reptiles breeders for many years.
There was not such problem so far.

It's admirable to stick up for a friend. But, sometimes, you have to step back.

Mr. Hue is not responding to this thread for one reason. He knows about it, he's been PM'd and emailed several times.

This is a screenshot of the email he sent me with pictures of the lemon I bought.



I'm still waiting for this other guy that bought the other two lemons that were colored similarly to show up.

It's not like they just changed their mind abuot the sale, buyer's remorse, etc (although a lot of sellers would take it on the chin and move on). They want their money back with good reason.

I'd be curious to see a link to that list. Because lying to harm a reputation is the definition of libel (since you wrote it down, otherwise it would be slander).

I'm not here demanding money back. I posted that to show some character flaws. I could have told him that it wasn't the same snake back then and demanded a refund, and would have been entitled to one. I CHOSE to keep the snake, I did that on purpose.
 
I have dealt with Yusuke and Ayumi (his wife) for several years and they are both top notch.

As for Alex Hue, heck, I've dealt with him for quite a few years and consider him a friend. I've always considered him a man of his word, so quite honestly, I just don't know what is going on lately....

oh and about your comment about last minut canceling , i do not think canceling a order 2 to 3 weeks before sipment is "last minut'

and why is my question did you feel the need to register a new name and then flame ppl that are in their right,

alex his lawyer will get his hands full , a official report hase been filed with my local police who told me they would get it to the proper authoroty's.

Well said my pece on behalf of my friend. he is quite capabale of defending his own actions. If the situation is as cut and dry as it seems then getting a lawyer should fix the problem easily.


As for a japan llc i guesse i was mistaken as I have no list. just thought i had seen it somehwere before on a thing talking about scammers.

you should keep in mind its not easy for foreighn ppl ( not from the USA ) to file charges and to get things roling since this all hase to go trough interpol and so on.

also getting a lawyer that lives in europe but knows aswel the european laws and the american laws is realy hard and not to mention costly however if ppl get ripped of to much there will come a time the will bite back , and now that time hase come.
