You wanted the snakes YOU should have known if they were illegal in your state. Therefore YOU are accountable. Oh PUH-Lease, don't use your "illness" as an excuse. I know plenty of people who have bi-polar yet they've never done anything illegal or anywhere close to what you've done. You're showing your true colors by purposely being obtuse about this whole thing. If your lawyer is telling you that you'll "get off" on this, then I think you need a new lawyer, because this is pretty well pointing all the blame on you, and you aren't showing diddly to back yourself up.

tricia did indeed have them sent to her house and signed for them and she scammed me alot don't believe her for one minute she put checks in my truck and tryed saying i stole them which was a lie she stole my cell phone she is crazy but billy and john wanted me to say they were not any part in this ok thank you very much.

I don't believe anything either one of you say...and, unfortunate as it may be, Billy and John's names are pretty much in the dumper by association (at least, IMO). They may be able to change that with time and effort, but it won't be easy.

So. Let's recap. You make deals with Jason and Tyler for snakes you wanted really badly. A deal you solicitated for snakes illegal to possess in your state. Tricia, your partner, had the snakes sent to her house and signed for them. (Nobody signed for them, by the way)

You use phony ID's and phony names and even send photos ... because you're bi-polar, of course, therefore it's perfectly excuseable.

Then after Tricia signs for the snakes that were never signed for, they make their way to your house (you just admitted you had them).

Enter Mommy ... she calls "pet rescue" and has them removed. Yeah, makes perfect sense.

Oh, and Tyler sends you an empty box. Yeah, I forgot. He then posts a bad guy thread about you because he sent you an empty box and wants to expose himself. Yeah, that is perfectly sensible as well.

Nice try kid. And I don't think you are the lone scammer in this little scheme, either.

You can post whatever you want on the internet now. Once you post something someone can take that picture and post it somewhere else, and so on and so forth. If you don't want your pictures posted in PUBLIC, then I suggest you don't post them PERIOD.

This website hasn't posted anything, individuals have. If you have a beef with individuals take it up them. I know there are some politicians currently trying to neuter free speech and want to sanitize the internet, but it isn't the law of the land. I suggest you do some research. Don't come here demanding anything, you will receive nothing.
Threatening a frivolousness lawsuit against this site will not be taken lightly here.

So what are you going to sue him for? Threatening a Moderator on this site for doing his job, I consider that antagonism. Antagonism of the Moderators or this site will not be tolerated any further.
