Interesting, thanks for the clarification.
Anorexia isn't that simple. Disregarding the human implications, it still involves an inability to maintain a healthy body weight (it can happen with reptiles that eat, too). Generally, by the time the term anorexia is used, the snake is emaciated. The physiologic processes result in changes that do make less likely that the animal will eat...or, if they do, that they will regurgitate or suffer other ill effects (in fact, it can trigger a further downward spiral that ends in death)

I didnt Post the necropsy results becouse I made a deal with Mr Ashwood , that if he payed me back i would not do anything to further soil his reputation ... He asked me to keep the info between ourselfs and let this thing die in the water ...Im keeping my word to zach . if anybody wants to see a copy of the results I would be happy to send them top you in private .. This experience wasnt a good one for me it cost me allot of time money and pain !!! Zach payed me back and i agreed to keep it between us ..what he does from there is on him !! I kept my word to him !!!
But I wouldn't worry over much about that.Hopefully, someone will post those results.

Just seems a bit too convenient to me, and in my eyes, puts them both on equal footing. The seller for shipping sick animals, and the buyer for refusing to share info that should be shared with those who have animals that shared the same space with this one that was obviously ill and ultimately passed on. Were it me, I'd feel it a duty to share that information.
If such an agreement was made between the OP and the seller, it SOUNDS like it was a panic move on the part of the seller - offering compensation to silence what MIGHT be damaging to him.
Since the seller himself came on to discuss the necropsy findings, he violated that agreement. Interesting that he chose to pick up where he left off, by attempting to discredit the comments of the seller and the vet. As far as I'm concerned, IF the report shows nothing significantly different than what Zach said here, Michael is under no obligation to post it. However, I did tell Michael privately that if there were evidence of issues that could cause problems for others, it could be argued that there was a moral obligation to divulge that information.....I also stated that if there was no such evidence, it would be appropriate to divulge that as well, as such claims can have a long lasting impact.
The matter has been settled and there is no contagious anything going on and yet you guys still badger. Just let it go. It's through.
