In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Warning I got Ripped off for Xmas by Mckyle

I agree, there is something about this that just doesn't add up. This guy seems like a fairly smart fellow, so why would he do something so stupid as to admit everything he did on a public forum? Is there a chance that McKyle's account here was hacked? Or that he gave his password out on the same "cracking" forum and someone else is posting here, having a fun time doing it?

There is more going on here than meets the eye....

Wow, this is absolutely disgusting! I'm appalled by this entire thread. I really hope you guys all get your money back and this kid gets what he deserves. Good luck!

ok this guy CLEARLY admited to fraud. Using a paypal account that was not his. So has anyone contacted the police? I live about 30 minutes away from him and I have family that are police officers. If you would like post all your information including all emails you had with him in this thread I will print it out and take it to my aunt at the greenville police department and see what can be done about it. She worked in the spartanburg police department for 6 years before transferring to greenville. This guy needs to get something for this. I mean he openly admitted to fraud on a public forum. Something needs to be done. I know you guys want your money back and I do not blame you at all but he needs to suffer some for what hes done. Even if hes not old enough to do time in prison theres always juvie..... Let me know.

Yes!! I want everything done possible in order to get this scum bag in trouble. I live in Southern California and am planning on calling the police to make a report in case my CC takes back the refund so I have proof of what has happened! Please email me [email protected] and tell me everything you will need from me in order to start something and I will PM the others as well to contact you so they will be able to participate if they wish!! Thank you soo much for your concern and possibly helping us do something finally to someone that is a fraud!!

Oh me oh my

First of all my heart and hugs go out to the victims. I've been scammed before and still bear the scars and caution because of it.

Secondly. 'Hacking' and 'cracking are two different things. BOTH however are very illegal. I am not a computer whiz but I know a lot of shit. Hacking yes is used to gain access to protected - private information ie. passwords, account numbers etc. Cracking on the other is more along the lines of finding a code or creating a code in a program to make it run with a fake license or key. IF (and that's a big if) this kid did any of this he hacked into a PayPal account by using a keylogger or virus program. But personally I don't buy it. I do not think he's that smart. Not to mention yes there is a lot of shit on the internet but I doubt that a forum or web page exists that is going to post ANY passwords or account information that's legit and that the FBI Internet task force wouldn't have caught onto quickly and shut it down.

He's just a low life scammer and that's it. There is no other story. My thoughts is that he basically set up two PayPal accounts. One legit one for the scam or he only created the one. Led you folks to believe he was a herper and so you sent money. He was paid and then sent money to Ed and withdrew the other amount if there was any. Which I am suspecting there isn't a dime. He scammed you guys (I think) to get what he wanted from Ed. Sorry Ed. I am NOT trying to put any blame on you. Once he got it all he took it and is now probably going to attempt to run. That's it. I strongly feel that's what happened.

Now why gloat??? He's freaking 17!! What boy isn't cocky at 17 years old?? He just scammed people out of well over $1k and pretty close to got away with it. What shitty 17 year old boy wouldn't gloat about that.

Also internet fraud on this level is a federal offense and he's old enough to be tried as an adult. Not to mention unless he's emancipated his parents can and probably will be held accountable.

Just my take on all this.

Thank You Christina for the phone call. Most of the people on this thread know me. Some of the pics used were mine. I did not catch it as I have gone through a very rough time in my life the last two months. If it were not for Christina I would have never even known.

I guess it is time for some type of watermark.

With everything coming down against us as a hobby this type of thing makes me wonder if people even care. I know a lot do though!

Thanks again Christina!

He did use my pics. I am upset about it. But no strength to fight. I am glad he was caught. later my friends.

I am definitely in agreement that this guy should be prosecuted for what he did. But after reading this whole thing, somethings dont seem to add up. First I am under the belief that if something seems to good to be true it probably is. 600 bucks for 6 mojaves seems like a screaming price after seeing others on this site for the 250 range each , I would be very tentative to buy for such a price unless it was a reputable person. Second how can you be sure that the scammers name is really Kyle McDaniel. Maybe he "cracked" someone else account and or made the account using false information. And is now rolling on the floor laughing because you are filling a police report on some poor sap that may have to get a lawyer and be wrongly accused.

This is likely not as you are being told ....

1) It is most likely that Kyle spent the money quickly from that account. Look at Ed's transaction. Kyle's explanations that it was a goof are silly.

2) He is here because he is first stupid, but second hopes you are too. His advice is for you to take it all up with PayPal, is as a red-herring. PayPal can essentially only get what money is left there, and presents a very low theshold legal concern for Kyle.

3) Certified letters to his home, with phone calls where you hopefully talk to an adult, might get you action as quick as any if PayPal cannot get you a refund. While getting all the legal wheels turning will help to prosecute this punk, doing everything possible to get his folks involved may be the fastest means to a refund.

Kyle's account of things just is not plausable. Good luck.

I was wondering where he got them, since when he didn't return my first set of calls I began to google images of the balls he was selling. I didn't come across any that matched probably becuase they were off the forum and not a website. But I knew they were not real since they were all on backgrounds but they didn't ALL match...and when you are selling snakes you have matching pictures usually to make your herp pop, IMO.

My husband did think it was a screaming deal but acted on impulse and did not think or speak thoroughly with me first so please don't blame him for being a sucker, he knows already that he was "suckered" and feels incredibly stupid about it. Also I have thought about it hard and think that maybe McKyle is lying about everything including where he lives, except Ed Clark sent him Leos with my money, so why buy something and send it to someone else with others money? That is the only concrete thing we have about him is the delivery address Ed used. It may not be his name but it is somewhere where someone knows him so he could get his herps. And Im filing a poilce reptort on being frauded in case my CC company decides not to re-imburse me fully so that way I have evidence I was frauded and the Police can have all the info I have.

There are so many ways to look at this. He/ she what ever they are can be a great scammers and have you all so lost and confused and you'll never catch him. If he is smart enough to hack into paypal, fauna, yahoo, what makes you think those pics are real. What makes you think the address is even a bad address or if anyone even lives at the address.

Ed the reptiles you sent him was it signature required. He could have easily used an address that no one lives at and receieved these at a home with no residents. By tracking his packages he has a ruff estimate at what time and day they would arrive, and be there for delivery. Everything he has posted sounds like a set up , and its all been planted for you to set off on a wild goose chase. With tecnology the way it is, its all way to easy now. Everything is wireless now. Even I use a wireless network on my laptop and roam around the US while on it.

Well its worth a try to try and catch him, maybe his is not that smart either, I and I believe he should be punished so I will try everything I can in order to try and bust him, whether its stupid and useless or really smart and usefull! I have been frauded too many times and known WHO it was who did it and nothing ever happened to to them so even if there is a glimpse of hope and someone is willing to help I will take it.

April Culver :)

I here you its worth a try, i would try too if it happened to me. I got scammed a few weeks ago also by someone i'v done business with before in the past.( IT SUCKS) We do this as a hobby see what cool new morphs we can come up with or sizes. and they see this as a quick way to make some dishonest money.

But anyways back on topic. I just through that out there for all of you to consider also.

Left at front door. Package delivered to recipient address - release authorized.

You have to sign a release to ship live animals with fedex.

You guys that sent him money should be calling the Inman,SC police, sherifs dept, prosecutors office and make your self be heard. that is the only chance that I can see you getting anywhere with this.

They can do an address check very easy.

That address is to a house that has a business listed, it’s the Blue Ridge Timber Inc.
Phone # (864) 680-9845.

It also has a telephone listing to a Jeff D. and Kimberly M. McDaniel. That number is (864) 472-5160

Kimberly has a listed age of between 40-44, so an older teen child is possible.

At the least you know that a package was delivered to this address and the contents were purchased with stolen money acquired through internet fraud. If the business owners stand in the way of recovering this stolen property they will also need to be charged in connection with it.

Ed, It's in your best interest to help out as well. Remember you accepted STOLEN property (money) from this kid. You did it without knowing, but it still happened.
