    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Now i'm not "adding fuel to the fire" or anything but I do have to say this...

There's NO way that anyone can be sure how or why that animal died without a proper necropsy complete with biopsies. Just because you were a witness to the animals deterioration that ulitimately led to his death, does not mean you are within your rights to medically diagnose the animal. There could have been a million things wrong with this gecko. Just because it had mites doesn't mean it died because of that. Just because it was treated doesn't mean it died of that. Heck, the thing could have thrown a thromboembolism for all we know! Medical issues that are obvious to the laypersons eye are sometimes not the only problem. No one is except the veterinarian who performes necropsies should be diagnosing...and one wasn't performed.

This thread needs to sink to the bottom. Scott seems to be clearly trying to go above and beyond to make Eric happy, but Eric's parents won't let him access the phone records. End of story. Its one person's word against another. In my eyes here, LLLReptile is doing the right thing, and definately did not loose my business. Eric, for future reference, when you come on here you need to have proof. Just your word is not good enough. Think about it like you are going to court, you need emails, phone records, more than 1 person on your side.
 
Do all of you idiots have your phone bills laying around the house????? I dont "STORE" old bills....I never thought in my life that an owner of a major company would come out and lie about this. Im done here...Scott is a lowlife lying piece of trash...and he will get what he deserves in the long run! Oh and btw Scotty Im at tinley every year so I guess Ill see you there and you can call me uneducated to my face.....see ya next year buddy, and I wont forget about this!

As I have said... its not that hard to get a duplicate phone bill if you threw yours away.... but yes... I do keep all my phone bills. Im in business and need them for proof.

I will say this.... with this one post.... you have now been labeled a bad buyer in my book. What was asked was simple... but you just want to come on here and toss up insults and offer nothing else in return. The people here tried to help you..... even gave you ways to help yourself... but you refused.

not to say your uneducated but the constant name calling does make LLL just seem a whole lot more professional. I mean he even started out defending you, so why keep yelling and calling him names, as well as calling other people in this thread idiots. Why not just show him the phone bill and get a full refund. Nobody ever said you had your phone bill laying around the house. People just asked why don't you get a copy from the phone company and get your money? Once again maybe you should stop calling people idiots and getting so workd up because you got asked to show proof that you called. I mean wouldn't you want proof before you gave a customer a refund? I think you should take all that anger and agression you have towards the situation and perhaps take it out on the phone company that's refusing to give you a copy of your bill. Especially if you explained you had $200 + on the line and needed a copy of the phone bill. If they still won't give it to you after that it would seem to me your major problem is with the phone company and NOT LLL. Of course it's horrible you got an animal covered in mites but it seems that Scott is more than willing to make this right with you and that says a lot about a company. All the man is asking for is some proof you called before he cuts you a check! I just really don't see how that's unreasonable.

again with the name calling :rolleyes: back to the being educated thing, it would prob. be smart to put the shovel down. Calling people idiots and liars here is going to get you nowhere at the end of the day. Still no proof, still no refund. Why not call the phone company idiots and demand to see a copy of your bill or your going to have to switch to a phone company that can provide you with such information if you ever needed it. Again your mad at the wrong people :rolleyes:

why would i call and ask? i'm not the one out $200+ because i can't get a copy of my phone bill. If it was me out $200+ because of THE PHONE COMPANY not lll, you can bet i'd keep on asking to talk to each persons supervisor that told me no. Another thing is if you were half as polite to the phone company as your being to LLL and the "idiots" here i bet the did tell you no. :rolleyes:

Who cares about a phone bill or when he called anymore. The OP agreed to a 50% credit after he treated a Uroplatus for mites and it died. Now he wants to renege on that deal because he doesn't get another $40 worth of free shipping?
 
Sometimes it's best to think awhile and make sure it's worth posting a bad guy thread. In your situation it wasn't lll reptile went out of their way. And don't get all bent out of shape when the people ask questions. It makes you look bad. Well good luck.
