Info Edwin Sanders - Dragon Fortress

i can pretty much say that i had the same problam with edwin and im going to also say im not gonna keep this pretty and professional bc im done with that...i baught 1 dragon from him that did the same as the others only difference is for a few mins i had him with my other dragon(another small baby) while cleaning the cages i have vet statements stating that his dragon carried a infection/virus which was spread to my other baby in a matter of minuets...i called an emailed edwin for weeks before i finally get an email sayin he had swine flew? really? come on...then he calls me finaly after weeks and 2 dead dragons later...i followed everything off of his website to a T and still it took him weeks...he is a TERRIBLE PERSON AND "business man" i use that term loosly he had me drive 3 hrs to carlise bc he said i could pick out 2 dragons or 1 of higher quality said he had the size i wanted/color everything...only for me to get there and he says"oh i forgot them" i wanted to kill em...i recforded every phone convo every email...voic mail his so called guarentee i even have emails stating its his fault and i did everything i was supposed to i have vet bills and statements..so after all that he has me drive 3 hrs again to hamburg and yet again says he forgets them but he has somthing else...i liked the dragon so i said ok...he looked at me and says ok you have a 100$ credit so you owe 80$...i almost jumped the table so my finace handled it as she did most other convos with this POS...but its all good he gave us a lowsy 50$ and pretty much an F U. good thing is my family is full of lawyers so all these recorded phone calls / emails/voice mails i have every reciept for gas an tollls i spent to get there and back pluss entry fee and the vet bills pluss the cost of my other baby...his dragons are half dead at birth and 100% dead weeks from then...so from all the info i recieved from my family and the fact he'll be recieving a letter in the mail regarding my case im filing...every lawyer i talked to is QUIET confident ill be recieving all the money i forked out for this terrible person/business man...all he cares about is money its like a puppy mill for dragons hes so shady...see you in hamburg edwin...hopefuly have that letter ready for you by then :)...NO ONE BUY FROM HIM YOUR ONLY GOING TO BE LET DOWN AND HURT BY WATCHING YOUR ANIMALS DIE!!!!!
 
kinda hard seeing as i dont have reg access to a comp...but ill try to get them on here asap...edwin knows exactly what im talking about i read it verbatom...he got mad bc my vet gave me antibiotics for the baby...i even paid extra for the stool sample...i didnt half step it at all i love all my animals no matter how long i had them 2 days or 20 yrs
 
Angela and Anthony. I know who both of you are. I even have a recorded message where both of you had a conversation and decided you didnt want to hang up your cell phone and said some pretty interesting things after leaving me a message. I would suggest that you think about some things that you said in that recorded message you left for me that was over 6 minutes long. I would be delighted to discuss and of the issues that have occurred relating to these animals with any lawyer, related to you or not.

I gave you a 50 dollar refund, in which you chose(and if I recall correctly, you only paid 40 dollars for the original animal). That was after a wonderful series of events, which consisted of the following:

you called me and told me that you had a problem with a dragon and that you took it to the vet and ultimately the animal had passed away. You also took the animal that I sold you and put it with your other animal that you had owned prior to to purchasing an animal from me, giving no quarantine period.

Angela had called my 7174357441 phone number and left a message that was over 6 min long, where it was clear that they didnt(maybe forgot to?) hang up the phone. I am going to see if I can find the message and I will post it to the internet if it is appropriate.

I told anthony and angela if there was anything that they saw that they like from my site, let me know and we can work something out. I told her since I was not available before she took the animal to the vet for contact, that I would replace the dragon for her, and I would give her a mate for the dragon. I also told her that I would give her dragons that were of a larger size so we knew they would do better with them.

After discussing the vet situation, Angela had clearly portrayed to me that she thought after the vet visit that both of the dragons did horrible and that she thinks that the medicine the vet gave them killed the one and made the other one way worse, mostly because of how they did so bad after the meds were applied to the animals.

This has been my experience when giving these medications to such small animals. From my understanding, this puts their internals through hell that they normally just cant handle.

I then met angela, anthony, and another man that was with them at the carlisle reptile expo. I brought them two dragons as discussed between 8-9 inches, one male, one female. I showed them the animals, and they didnt like them because they didnt have the color they wanted. I told them that they could apply a credit that I would give them of 100 dollars, which would have been double what they paid (on the account I was not available to talk to before the vet visit because I was sick) towards any other animal, or could give them a refund for the animal they purchased. So after they had made there route through the show a couple times and looked at the things that I had, they decided they wanted to wait and see what else I would have available before and at the hamburg show.

I met anthony and angela at the hamburg show and was in contact with them several times in between shows. They had seen a dragon that they liked that I had posted on my site for $180 dollars. I told them that they could have a 100 dollar credit towards and dragon and I was very clear about this. I had two sister dragons that looked pretty much identical...I actually had a boy that looked the same as well, but they were only interested in the females. I had cupped up the dragon they picked separately and had left in the dragon room, never packaging it with the rest of the animals for the show( I usually pack the guys up for the show later at night after their lights turn off in the room, where its dark, and I must have just not seen the animal).

I did however bring the sister to the dragon they wanted, and it was practically identical, so I figured no problem. I was wrong. They were expecting the 180 dollar dragon for free, for an original animal that only cost 50 dollars. I told them that I could give them the 100 dollar credit towards the animal, and that I would give them the animal for 30 dollars( an animal posted for 180 dollars). angela threw a fit because she said it wasnt fair that I was going to charge her for an animal after the one had died, etc. I reminded her that she even said that she thought the animal would have been fine until after the vet gave it the meds. She agreed with me, and then had said that she was just going to have to do what she has to do to get her money back. This is when I told her just as I told her in the beginning, that I would offer her a refund for the animal she purchased, like she can still have right now if she wants. She made a big deal about having the replacement animal(s), otherwise, i would have just given her the refund right from the start. I then gave her a refund for 50 dollars, which she signed a receipt for, and thats the last that I have heard from her. I am going to go through and see what I can find as far as receipts etc, but this was a good time ago. Let me know what info will be sufficient.

I do not have pictures of dead animals, do not have any documentation from the vet she went to, etc. I have no problem posting anything up here, what should I?

Just fyi; I did have the swine flu, and caught a severe respiratory infection after that. I dont know if its appropriate to post docotor bills up here, but if thats what it comes down to, maybe someone can look over the documents and verify the information so my medical histories not all over faunas lovely BOI.

I have sometime since this issue with Angela and Anthony, updated my care information, care guidelines, guarantee information, etc, so there is no room for misinterpretation of the information. i thought I had things clearly explained before, but as I have explained, there were other circumstances involved. They would have received the revised first set of care instructions, etc that I were posted. Now I am on my fourth update of information which is all posted on my site.

I stand behind the animals, and back my guarantee. Most times you may find that I even go outside of the guarantee period if a problem exists, and may go above and beyond what a normal breeder may as long as I see that the person is sincerely taking care of the animal and putting forth the effort that they should be. I want someone to have a pleasant experience as much as I want the animals to do great.

I would appreciate if some of the things angela is claiming were posted, along with the vets information, which I did try to contact several times to no avail. I had even left messages that were not returned, once on a voice message, twice with a receptionist.

Also, I would appreciate angela or anthony posting their full REAL names with each posting as other users have been suspended for not following this.

I would say at this point in time this person is also violating several of faunas terms of service. If what she is saying is true, and I am so wrong, why not use your real name(s) at the very least, or maybe provide some of the proof for this information you are claiming?
 
ok considering all you have is an email of a frustrated customer blowing off steam go ahead and post it, your lucky i kept my cool and didnt do what the msg said when i saw you in person bc thats how i usualy am....and the baby was so far go in such a short time the vets assistance didnt do it any good, i spoke withj a few other vets/breeders who say they think the meds should have worked....and your god damn right i wanted the dragon i picked after being told thats what you would do you told us one thing on the phone to make us happy then another when your at the show you didnt stand behind what you said on the phone...you were ready to give me a tiny little 180$ leather back at carlisle but i didnt wanna risk another dragon that small comin from you again i wanted a bigger one so itd have a better chance....im pretty sure i dumped allllot more then 180 into your bull shit havin me drive top carlise for some beat lookin normal SKINNY dragons....i wanna point out edwin in the begining you say you remember i paid 40? then a min later you say i paid 50$? you lie so much you forget within seconds....i put $ out for the 1st dragons...then yours...then the vet bill...gas and tolls both ways for a 3 hr drive to carlisle...had to wait cause you screwed up...wait a few more weeks...then gas and tolls to the next show...pluss entry fee to the shows...i NEVER would have gone to carlise if you didnt bs me about what you were bringing.....and we responded to every email an call seeing as im only using my sisters computer i said do everything by phone, but no you keep emailing me...then i finaly get your cell # which you rarely pick up and usualy take a while to get back me....i have spent wayyyy more $ on trying to work it out with you meeting you at show after show just for to to bull shit me more...this is what happens when you sell babys days after they hatch still with little sores on their bellys from the egg...you dont care about your animals you care about money and thats it...even the rest of the vendors at the show think your a dbag and that your a shady person....i was more then calm and emailed/called you for 3-4 weeks with no response...if your sick, your girl works the shows...she dont know how to work a phone or a computer? you can let her help you work a show but not call your in need customers???your shady, you know you dicked me...youv admitted i did everything i should have but then bc your so concerned about money you change your mind when im at the show...i also wanna point out, you were supposed to hold that 180$ dragon, i got there about 10am to walk up to a guy holding her an you sayin some guys supposed to get her but hers not here yet so oh well? i live 3 hrs away an got there 2 hrs after they open i left at 7...and you were ready to sell her bc you want moneyyy you dont care about ppl or your rep cause more new stupid ppl will keep buying your dragonsyou talk a big game over a computer and on the phone and in person your all stuttering an hessitant cant even look us in the eye cause you know your a liar.....so yeah post my voicemail im sure ppl will laugh an say "yeah i woulda said the same thing at the time" in fact she was pollite untill she thought she hit end thats when I started blowin off steam, you wouldnt have known bc i never took it out on you, i was always calm when talking to you...your full of shit ALOTTTT of other ppl on here and at the shows you work think you are as well...im pretty sure your destroying your own name...and im happy with that iv already purchassed some beardeds from a REALLL QUALITY BREEDER which i would recomend everyone to go to...they dont sell babys fresh outa the egg i havnt found not 1 bad review or pissed customer in there few years of breeding, they have quality care, concern, and best quality dragons...they even let me see there breeding facility unlike you i asked to just come pick out a baby at your facility this way i didnt have to keep going to shows and you said no, you barely wanted me to have your only working number..... www.TNDdragons.com thats the way to go for everyone else who will read this....dont go to edwin hes only gonna treat you like dirt
 
and if you could post up your license from the PA Board of agriculture allowing you to breed and sell reptiles....most ppl have it with them at shows, but i never saw yours
 
Joe, if in fact your name is not Joe Smith, you are violating the Board of Inquiries policies and your posts will be removed. I would suggest contacting the administrator (Webslave) and getting your name corrected in your profile...Until then it would be prudent to sign each of your posts with your name.

You need to post copies of the vet reports to verify your story that an infection was found in the Dragons.
 
and btw joe is my middle name and for some things i use joe and some things i use anthony...so im not lying, its my pref which to use for what...plenty of ppl go by there middle name its not a big deal just bc edwin doesnt know my middle name doesnt mean its not my name...
 
heres a link to the vet i went to, Dr. Baeza is the top rated exotic vet around and that is why i went there iv taken my iguan there before just for rutine checkups and he is an amazing vet...so yeah ill take what he said about the meds over a half ass breeder any day of the week

First off i want to start off by saying I paid $50 for the bearded and not $40.Second, yea you can do whatever you like with the recorded message because anybody who has ever bought an animal from you, would back me up. we never did anything to you. yes, in the voicemail i said some thingsd i didnt mean but in my defense, YOU KILLED MY ANIMAL. you killed the one i bought from you and you killed the one i bought from someone else. you never returned any of my calls and everytime i told you to call me, you emailed me?

We picked out two bearded dragons which you told usyou would bring them to the carlise show. That a 3 hour drive for me. What did you do? You never brought them !!! You forgot? Bullshit. Your website it a joke. You tell people to call and email if they have problems but yet you cant return anything. I must have emailed you 7 times before you finally emailed me. Then before I emailed you, I called you every single night when I got home from work, which was different hours, and you never responded. The girl can help you work the shows but cant call or email anyone back> Does anyone else think thats a little weird? I had to watch my baby die because you you, Edwin. Because you cant be responisible and run an honest business. My baby was gasping for air because you couldnt call me back. The only time you called me is after both of my anmals died. I spent $117.50+ on my vet bill to watch my baby suffer. Its not about the money. I never once agreed with you that the antibiotics killed her. Not once. Your crazy. My lawyer actually thinks its odd how you got very nervous when I brought him up int he conversation. He has all my phone records so he knows when and how many times I called and left messages. and the lies you wrote in the emails. He also has everything that everybody wrote saying how bad your business is.

I would also like to say what was my receptionist name because I DONT HAVE ONE!! I have one phone number and everytime you called I either answered the phone or called you back if I saw a message. I want my money back all of it. The vet bill. I want it. and its not fair how you screw people over Edwin. This is not the first time you did this.
 
Firstly, Angela...You are not permitted to post on your boyfriends/husbands account. Any post you make on the BOI must be under your own account.

Do you have a copy or can you request a copy of the vet report (not the bill) that states why an antibiotic was administered?
 
I cant recall ever getting mad or unprofessional the entire time, you made your position about professionalism clear. I am glad that you received a great animal from TND dragons. I have some of his animals in my stock and they are very very nice. I would recommend that breeder to anyone.

That aside, I am curious as to what you are expecting of me, an why it has taken so long for you to come up with this after you have gotten the refund? Why you havent tried to communicate with me at all about whatever this new problem is? I gave you the 50 dollar refund (at your request) that you said you paid for the animal, not the 40 that I had written down. This was to avoid further argument over 10 dollars that it was clear wasnt worth the time because you guys wanted what you wanted, and that was it. I was in constant communication with you about this issue. The original animal was purchased about 6 months ago, and you received your refund last year. My position was clear through the phone as it was in person, and every time that I met with you guys and talked to you on the phone and through the emails. As far as the quality of the animals, I think it is clear to anyone that sees them how "skinny" and "unhealthy" they are and its also becoming clear what you are trying to do.

I would sincerely be interested in what infection your vet found in the animals, and the link to the vet so I can try to get in contact with them again.

If you purchased a dragon from me that had this infection that killed your other dragons, and my dragons are what you are claiming they are, why were you trying to get more dragons from me? It was only at the point in time that you couldnt get a $180 dragon for free that you wanted your refund. This was the second time I met you in person after we discussed getting you another dragon(s), and after communicating with you countless times about the animals. You wanted one of the two best females I had in place of what I have down as a $40 dollar animal. I asked you if you thought that was really fair, and thats when Angela got mad and said that she was going to do what she had to do to get her money back. Thats when I offered you the refund for the animal again. She said she wanted it and it was supposed to be 50 dollars, she filled out my refund slip, and took the refund. Thats the last I heard from you.
 
ok no offense but I can do whatever I want. Edwin has the guts to bring my name up when I didnt write him so I have the write to stick up for myself. Im upset at the fact that Edwin is a fake and I will be getting everything solved pretty soon. I never wrote him ,my fiance did. He has no write bringing my name up. And thats all hes getting. thats all he deserves i didnt even need to post up the vet bill. you see they needed antibiotics and their fecal matter examined. Why else is an anitbiotic provided? To fight off an infection. I was posting this to clear my chest about Edwin so its between me and him.
 
Edwin. YOU REFUSED TO GIVE US A REFUND AND THATS WHY WE WANTED A DRAGON.. YOU DID NOT WANT TO GIVE US OUR MONEY. This is a he said she said thing. You never wanted to give us our money back so we had no choice in getting bearded dragons. I want my vet bill money back and it will be dropped forever. It will be gone and you dont have to worry about us anymore. I havent contated you for one certain reason. i was told not to. I went on hear to get stuff off my chest. Not to fight with you. Just because I want my money back. Fighting with you is the least of my worries. I think Im owed my vet bill. If you returned my call before the vet, we wouldnt have this problem.
 
Angela, or Anthony, or Joe, please have your lawyer call me or provide their information for me so that I can contact them. I have nothing to hide and no problem with speaking to anyone. Do whatever you have to do in court, I guess I will see you there. Until there is something that I really need to respond to, I am not responding to comments and remarks that are clearly being made to "blow of steam". I have no interest in arguing with you guys. I did what you asked me to do and gave you the refund of 50 dollars, like you said you paid for the animal. Vets give out antibiotics for everything, including to treat coccidia, which I dont believe is such a great idea(judging from the affects I have seen on the animals that I have given the medicine to through the years. It compeletely destroys all the bacterias in the digestive tract that are good and bad. It also severely dehydrates the animal, and if an animal is already dehydrated, this could surely cause death, especially because of the shock of the medicine to the animals body. You said the animal died within 12 hours or so of getting back from the vet, is that not right? You also said you were stopping giving the antibiotics to the other one because you said she was acting way worse after the medicine.

That aside, i told you because when the problem had originally come up, that I was sick and didnt answer the email or phone promptly, that I was going to offer you a refund for the animal or replace it regardless.
 
I told you from the start I wanted all my money back. And the second dragon did die within 12 hours of the vet so I had only one chance to give her the antibiotic. Your right you dont have anything to hide but all you do is lie. Last time I checked, you never went to school to be a vet. I think he knows a little more than you do.
