Yes, that is VERY good news. Honestly, I've been on pins and needles every time I check on this thread.......

Best wishes from half way round the world - Chuck has global support!
Just got home again from the hospital. His eyes were open much more than normal. He also seemed to focus on me more than usual when I spoke to him. He was closing his eyes and I called and had the girls get on the phone and talk to him and as soon as the girls started to speak he opened his eyes again!!!!! He is still not responding, like when I ask him to blink or squeeze my hand, but that will take time. Tonight was probably the best night we have had so far. I know he hears me and I'm hoping my voice comes through louder and clearer each time I am with him. The doctors and nurses seem much more optimistic as well. He is no where near out of the woods yet, but he is stepping small steps in the right direction. It will be a long haul for him, but if anyone can do it, he definitely can. I will let you know more tomorrow when I see him again. I hope all of you and your families have a wonderful night.
I just think he is a dick and stirs up too much crap, but that is my opinion!
David, that was uncalled for... Like telling you to go play in traffic is uncalled for.
For Maggie's sake, it might not be best to respond to the noise above.
