    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

dude, i am pretty speachless. i really dont know what to say. you have just been on the bad end on a couple bad deals. however, this one goes way beyond bad. i, at one time, was contemplating getting a retic off one of these two guys (dont know which one, they seem to be interchangeable), boy am i glad i decided against it. no reason, just didnt feel right at the time. i sure hope he comes through with the money, bro. i cant imagine, this guy will ever do any business in this field again.
 
I counted up all of the "for sale" ads he's posted since the beginning of Feb, this year...the total stands at 22, not including the transaction between him and the OP. There were even some that were before Feb.

Never got anything from andrew today, no call no email saying that he got my money. I KNOW it has been recieved I called the USPS and they said it was delivered on Saturday.
 
He is acting like some one who was doing alright then got strung out on drugs and is haveing to rip every one off to keep the habit.Has any one herd any thing other than he was getting a ride to the post office another lie by the way.

I agree. I think this hobby needs to be more proactive. That way people like andrew won't be inclined to keep pulling stunts like this. Also it will make
Others second guess ever trying it in the first place.
 
I can only speak for myself, but it is not so easy to make something happen. I brought my case of "theft" to kingsnake, internet fraud, the police department here and at the senders in. What I found is that nothing happens.

For example kingsnake only puts a "mark" on their record. Whatever that means. They need to have several to loose the account. Who knows how many "several is".

The internet fraud department never gets back to you on any progress to your case, nor does it claim it ever will. You submit and thats the last you hear of it.

Paypal we all know will just screw you. If they can prove they sent you a box, thats it paypal keeps your money. Even if you prove the box was empty, or you prove you sent it back.

The BBB takes your report, but if their not a retail store how much does that hurt them? Who here can say they look up hobbyist on the BBB?

Police departments will shuffle you around. On your end they will pass the buck to their end. Telling you that you have to deal with the PD where the package was shipped from or where the guy lives. Their police department will shuffle you around until they tell you that it is a "Civil Case", you will have to contact the courts.

Lastly you will find that in civil court you will have to file in their county. Where the package originated from.

So if you have the time and $ to take leave from work to fly to their location and file. Thats really all you can do.

I wont even start on what the odds are that they would ever even pay the judgment.

Just my 2 cents based on my personal experience. But, I hope you have better luck than I did!
 
You can exhale now Mike.There's no need of holding your breath.Man, I really hope I'm wrong but I don't think your chances are looking to good.

I was thinking that since his pregnant GF spends some time in jail (sounds like a real keeper), if there is anyway of finding out if maybe he's on probation or something? Just a thought, but a probation officer wouldn't take reading this mess to kindly.

Maybe our local legal consultant Laura B knows how to find out.
 
Truth, you need to go to the USPS and file a report, as everyone else involved with bad dealings with this guy. Trust me, they will look into it, especially when more than one person files. He shows a lot of intent, and that it the true defnition of fraud. The reason why the police dont do anything is simply because its not a police matter, its federal. Postal Fraud is looked at differently and investigated differently as well.

It might not do you any good, but, the more people that file, the more serious they get. And, from the looks of things, there are more than just you. With those large amounts, I would almost believe that you werent the first, and wont be the last.

Secondly, no offense to Ball Room South, but I would lay into them since he used their Delta acct. Thats fraudulent as well. I would also think that Delta would not take this lightly. Now, I cannot speak based on any experience as I am waiting for my inspection with Delta, but the mere fact that they have to inspect me would lead me to believe that they would not take this lightly.

Third, contact an atty. They will make collection attempts as well as utilize the law to get you paid. At least with the fear of possible imprisonment you might get some money back. The atty will also try to bill him for his expenses as well. Sure, you might be out the money upfront, but in the long run, you will see your money too.
 
It is called buying time,So other cheecks keep rolling in.Face it he has a great job people are just giveing him money.I would bet he does not want that to stop.
