This will come in just under the wire for the PayPal claim - he has til 3/20 to respond to them.
I'll be taking my camera to the UPS hub.
Not sure why Jerry hasn't posted here, I know hes been on the site a few times since this thread is posted...maybe he'll see fit to comment after the package arrives & I make whatever comment seems appropriate. (I'd still like for it to be a sincere apology, but can't quite bring myself to hope for it at this point.)

I emailed him, stating not to bother shipping tomorrow & to issue a refund (not that I expect him to do that, lol - if he was the type to refund my money, he would have shipped the snake already...and not lied about the buyer to a potential customer).
I suppose I should still thank him, this was the impetus I needed to start pushing the BPs out of here.
Travis, I have no idea what you just said...except the part about beating his ass, that was easy enough to figure out. Refusing to ship both ways...period?
Too early to tell? Everybody's late on everything? Really? Who do you do business with? The guy has promised to ship 4 times already, and not done so...nor has he offered an apology or explanation (unless you count his false story about me telling him not ship). Lack of communication is the whole reason this thread was initially started. He's had my money for two weeks (which in and of itself isn't a problem...if his other actions didn't indicate that I won't be getting the snake I paid for), and has told a potential customer that the snake was sold to another person. Seems pretty clear cut to me.

It takes no balls, guts or conjones or eggs or even brains to scam anyone. Anyone can scam...it takes guts to stay honest and provide good customer service in these times.
Weak, weasly liars scam and steal because they don't have the guts to be straight up and honest.
