Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

This will come in just under the wire for the PayPal claim - he has til 3/20 to respond to them.
I'll be taking my camera to the UPS hub.

Not sure why Jerry hasn't posted here, I know hes been on the site a few times since this thread is posted...maybe he'll see fit to comment after the package arrives & I make whatever comment seems appropriate. (I'd still like for it to be a sincere apology, but can't quite bring myself to hope for it at this point.)

By this time, at the very least, the package would have been scanned in at UPS, and upon departure.

I emailed him, stating not to bother shipping tomorrow & to issue a refund (not that I expect him to do that, lol - if he was the type to refund my money, he would have shipped the snake already...and not lied about the buyer to a potential customer).

I suppose I should still thank him, this was the impetus I needed to start pushing the BPs out of here.

If worse comes to Worse Trace his Ip and Beat his ass lmao that was a j/k but you can swing the authorities that way if their was a problem who know's to early to tell...Everyone is late on everything these days.

Too early to tell? Everybody's late on everything? Really? Who do you do business with? The guy has promised to ship 4 times already, and not done so...nor has he offered an apology or explanation (unless you count his false story about me telling him not ship). Lack of communication is the whole reason this thread was initially started. He's had my money for two weeks (which in and of itself isn't a problem...if his other actions didn't indicate that I won't be getting the snake I paid for), and has told a potential customer that the snake was sold to another person. Seems pretty clear cut to me.
 
It does seem clear cut to me as well. there's still a minor chance that you could get something, but i wouldn't hold your breath Harald. I'm really sorry this happened to you :(
 
I've already told him not to ship, as I will not be available to pick up tomorrow. I wouldn't be surprised if he did anyway, just to cover his butt with PayPal...but since there won't be a snake in the box, there won't be any harm in refusing to accept delivery. The claim is still on hold; but if they even hint at not issuing a prompt refund when I call them today, I'll be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge.

What is the absolute WORSE thing..we are probably losing a potential seller of QUALITY bps!

Some of y'all giving that non-shipping, non-communicating, fake-selling numbskull too much credit (could be late..may still ship something).... :rollseyes:

I dont ship I am to scared too, And It seems these days shipping is always late, I do biz with Locals, Thats what I am getting to is that its your money as the buyer in this the seller should have full contact with you. and like since you used paypal you can get your money back right? Because I am trying to learn thios shipping thing so I will not be out a snake or money.
 
Harold I saw at the show this weekend an amazing 08 pied female 90 percent white and probably 1800 to 2000 grams, she didn't sell at the show and he told me to call him if I changed my mind. Good guy lots of refrences. Message me if interested.

I am sorry to hear about this bad transaction. So much bs going on lately. I almost got taken for some tortoises and got a call from someone who didn't see my warning that did get scammed :(

I disagree.

It takes no balls, guts or conjones or eggs or even brains to scam anyone. Anyone can scam...it takes guts to stay honest and provide good customer service in these times.

Weak, weasly liars scam and steal because they don't have the guts to be straight up and honest.

just saw this thread. been away for a while, i never tried to scam anyone or take money from harold without sending him a snake. thats quite hard to do with paypal anyways and i never disputed the claim because i know i screwed up by not being on time with the shipment. i still have the piebald and shes a great specimen so im sorry harold for wasting your time and apoligize for not getting your snake to you in a timley fashion
