Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Wow. You seriously misconstrued what I said. I didn't want what you had to offer in trade. I don't work with colubrids, inverts, or amphibians so, no, I don't want any of those. I did in no way shape or form tell you that what you had was "crap" or that I "was better than you."
If you hadn't blown up about it and had handled it in a normal manner I would not be here now sharing my experience with you. You are going to have a hard time buying or selling much of anything with the attitude you are copping with everyone.
Answering questions shows that you have good customer service and are willing to go above and beyond to give detailed information that maybe your post did not explain. Even if I am interested in someones reptile I will ask questions that come to mind and if they are not willing to answer my questions that would bring up a red flag to me. I want to know what I am purchasing before I spend the money on it. If your not willing to answer someones questions on a reptile they are interested in that shows poor customer service and I myself would be inclined to move on and find another reptile from someone else that would answer my questions.
It's not about that they thought your animals were cheap it's about they were not interested in what you were offering for. If you make someone a trade offer or money offer and they reject your offer either move on or up your offer. On that note, even if someone has "or best offer" in their ad I will PM them instead of making the offer in their thread.
From what I have seen from your posts that you really need to improve your customer service skills as well as the anger problem you stated you have because I doubt that someone would be willing to purchase or sell to you if you keep going off on them. I myself for one would not buy from you just due to the fact that you think I should just look at the picture, buy, and be happy with my purchase without asking any questions. But everyone has their own way of spending their money and I am not going to tell you how to spend yours but I myself would ask questions even if I have dealt with the person before.
And from what I am getting from what you have said and I could have misread it or took it out of context is that someone is a scammer / bad person because they would not ship out on Thursday and wanted to wait to Monday to make sure there was no chance of a shipping delay and they animal being stuck in a box with a heat pack that more than likely would quit working before Monday and they animal perish for no reason but impatience to receive the animal because you did not want to wait.

The problem many of us are having is your timing. Its understandable why you would post a warning however, you might have wanted to find out what the real issue was. Personally, I dont look at you as a "bottom feeder", but more of a potential buyer from me. As a matter of fact, I look at everyone on here as a potential customer down the road someday. If you have this approach with everyone you encounter on here, you will have a lot more successes than disappointments.

Just trying to read his posts in confusing enough... I would hate to see his response if I asked him a question about anything he had to offer... It would sound like gibberish!! Text Talk is not very professional at all.. I mean.. It's not as if I would not do business with someone that talked in text talk.. I would just proceed with caution at that point but with his responses to this inquiry.. I wouldn't do business with him for fear of being bashed and treated poorly just by asking a question!!

I still have Johns back in most of this. I do really agree that alot of people here and on cornsnakes.com come off very snobbish and stuck up and think they are better then everyone. Trust me I get bashed all the time for nothing. Just cause someone doesnt like how i represented a sale thread or other stuff like that.
