Trust me Jessica I'm not Insane but I feel I need to protect myself from Ed Clark 200% he will scam for everything he can I am 90% sure as are others the Ed Clark will get Prince and say he is messed up or something of that sort and contine his B/S on here. We blocked Ed Clark from calling my grand father the only phone he is not blocked on now is mine Though I thus far refuse to speak to him as with Ed Clark you need to make sure you have everything he sais in writing.

Grasshopper, I think I can safely say that no one really cares to hear/read your excuses for doing nothing.

And that is a major problem here on the BOI no one really cares to see what is going on and look at it from that persons point of view; you would rather just rip people apart without sitting down and thinking "I wonder how they see this" if people would take time like that I think things would go much smoother and better on the BOI. I believe in the old saying of trying to walk in someone elses shoes for a day though that is not possible I think people could think things through much more on here before speaking up or jumping at peoples throats.

My aunt is in the process of making a contract the Ed is required to sign before I will even consider shipping Prince that will protect me fully from anything he may attempt.

You told me the 2 dragons from tom clarke were/are sick. how did you determine both dragons were sick. what type of vet results do you have stating that?

You can't say something is sick so you don't have to pay for it

You told me 8 months after I delivered a hypo trans to you it was sick and died. 8 months and thats your fault not mine. you still owe $150.00 for that hypo trans, you also owe for the female leatherback that I delivered on the same day.

Just so you know a signed and scanned contract means squat. If you want it to be a legally binding contract it has to be signed and notarized for each party. IE ed needs to sign it in the presence of a notary and have it notarized then you need to sign it in the presence of a notary and have it notarized. Anything else is just a plain waist of time.

Without verifiable witnesses a contract can be shot down in court real fast. Seen it happen. That is why i said a notary because there is no way to dispute a notary as a witness. But at the end of the day a printed contract signed by ed scanned and sent to nicole and signed by nicole could be shot down by a lawyer in a heartbeat you have to have non partial witnesses that will verify that each person signed the contract.

It's not the BOI..just you.

1. You have been caught in several (lost count) lies;

2. You have stayed with and supported Ed while he lied and ripped people off (you were learning the ropes);

3. You have applied your "lessons" to other customers who have in turn posted about their transactions;

4. You have then continued to lie, defect, post pictures of an "infestation" and given us your worthless "word" that what you posted is real and asked us to BELIEVE those pictures are fact (personally, I think you downloaded a Vet pic from somewhere..those are too nicely drawn).

5. You have lied about Prince, said he was not a breeder and then fumbled and said you attempted to breed him...he is a breeder!! (per the pictures showing him breeding)

6. Ed showed some pictures of your set up (don't know if it's true, but you didn't post anything to the contrary... Need I say more??

Upon return of the contract signed by a Notary I will set up a shipping date for Prince and the return of Medussa.

I __________________________ Agree Upon Arrival of a male bearded dragon by the name of Prince (Yellow It LB) Will Cease all further slandering and harassing of Nicole Norton. Nicole Norton is in no way responsible for anything that may occur to Prince while in shipment; further more any future health or breeding problems are Ed Clarks problem and in no way can be the Sellers Problems. Furthermore Ed Clark agrees to never contact Nicole Norton again for any reason what so ever any attempts of any form will be seen as Violation of this contract and will be Prosecuted to the full extent of the Law.

I am also requesting the return of Medussa a Sub Adult Female out of my lines (Sapphira X Bow); Ed Clark will be paid $45 to Ship the dragon back to me.
