Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

This was all a terrible accident? I think not.

Had they sent the money as soon as they received it, I can almost guarantee that we wouldnt be in this thread today.

Well, yeah. But they didn't. They held onto it so they could pay a very delinquent electric bill, visit Auntie, buy software and perhaps reptiles and drugs (by their own admission).
They held on to it so they could USE it themselves. It's no accident.
 
Well, I just paid $500.00 just now to have my central air fixed. Man that sucks.. BUT, When they are well started, I'm willing to offer 2 baby normal BPs for the cost of shipping + $10.00. Funds to be sent directly to Maggie. I will contact Rich in a few weeks or so to find out how I can "legally" word the add.

It's my understanding they don't live in Grand Blanc anymore. (I too have been on the phone with the Police there, City and Township) Stay tuned though, I'm waiting on a phone call.

And Rick, I'll have the video camera so everyone will see their expression when they open the door to the trailer when I show up with the real Police. :eek::eek: :bawling::bawling:
 
sadly blocking visitors make it harder to view this Boi for people on thoer sites that just her to read the link .. we :shootfoot ourselves on that part as i was asking premission to post it on a non reptile form ..

Good point. They obviously will do whatever is needed to keep reading this. They logged on when visitors were blocked.
 
Ok they said it was another departments jurisdiction. I called the other department and the officer said that the people who were ripped off need to contact THEIR local police department and that department will then contact grand blancs dept. and pick up the wise's. So everyone involved PLEASE PLEASE DO THAT!! In the mean time I am going to print off the check and the admission of the wises and bring that in to the police dept so they can at least get them for falsifying a check or enough reason to raid them for drugs... i dont know hopefully something will happen??!?!

Lucille, I know that you interest here and also a legal background. Its also a bit of a challenge that this thread picks up 20-30 posts per hour just to continue to bash the Wise's. Not that they don't deserve it, but the thread becomes somewhat useless.

If there is an arrangement for the Wises to turn over assets to help satisfy the debt, then essentially all other legal action of any practicality is off the table. There won't be criminal warrants, and what remains will be civil litigation. The Wise's can claim they turned over value of $4K, their opponents can say it was only worth $1500, and it will take $20K in lawyer fees to sort out. At a minimum. Not gonna happen.

Getting a piece of their ass that can then be given in memory of Chuck is essentially done as soon as they turn over one skinny snake.

This is why charity auctions suck. You want to donate, then just donate directly. If you want to post an ad saying that the proceeds are for Chuck's family, then do so, and send the proceeds yourself.

Too many posts to check. Can someone repost a paypal account for Chuck's family. Then hopefully repost every page or so until we all have it copied. Then a few sheckals at a time, we can send some money directly.

I stated earlier that I thought she and Jeff might vanish under cloak of darkness. They seem to be irrational enough (judging from their actions so far) that I would not put it past them to think that, should they decide to leave MI, they would do better across international borders. Again, I hope to be wrong, but they do seem to think they can get themselves out of anything. Good luck to their kids!

With all the links I posted to their local forums, you make a very valid point!!

So what if they were watching...at least they'll see it coming.....but now, sadly, no one else outside of fauna will :shrug01:
 
prob should reinstate visitor viewing since the wises have no shame and have been watching this thread for a while now using there account.

there is still criminal charges to be filed notthing changes that. what they did is a felony. even though everyone tried to resolve this with out charges filed does not change the fact of. how about this, someone breaks into ur house and then you say if u pay for the broken stuff i wont file charges so the guy says ok then changes his mind can he still be charged? YES! it changes NOTTHING!!
