    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

He won't. Probably his wife and not him anyway. He doesn't have the spine to confront anything.

Jeff is just a little weasel not able to confront anyone. That's part of the reason they backed out this morning. Jeff would have to confront what he did and own it.

The mouthpiece of a spouse is the one that came on here and lied about sending a check. She tried her hardest to shift the blame on the victim. It was her that sent the check and statements out as evidence. It was her that finally admitted that she lied and faked the check. It was her that set up the meet this morning to get some funds back to where they belong. It was the spineless little man that couldn't do what he was suppose to do this morning.

No shame, no feelings of guilt from either. Only statements that they aren't going to get arrested. Jeff has little concern that his wife is now up to her neck in this and how it will bring misery to his children when it comes falling down around his feet. How pathetic being married to such a man that would put his wife in such a position.
 
The Wise's can claim they turned over value of $4K, their opponents can say it was only worth $1500, and it will take $20K in lawyer fees to sort out. At a minimum. Not gonna happen.

This is why paperwork containing worth of any property turned over, amount still owed and total amount paid needs to be drawn up and signed by whomever receives any property and whomever hands over the property. Notarization would be great, so they can't try and wiggle out of it and say they didn't sign it.

I'm not an attorney, this is basic contract stuff.

I set it so that they HAVE to log in in order to view the BOI. And I also limited their access rights to ONLY the BOI as well. So they both CAN still log in here, but just can't do it anonymously any longer.
 
i called the city of grand blanc PD at first which is 810-694-1111 but the address listed on belsay was in grand blanc twp. which is a different dept. at 810-424-2611, that number is where i spoke to the second officer who told me the affected persons need to file a complaint with their local departments and then those depts. need to contact grand blanc. but for the time being if we skip the whole victim part and focus on the admission of drugs, forged checks, and robbery, I am hoping they can arrest them for the crimes even if the money portion might have to be settled by the victims of the theft.

What about all the links we have out there on other sites trying to get the word out. Some are not even herp related.... like the media site in their area

Pretty sure Robbery is defined by forceful actions. It would be theft, internet fraud, and probably child endangerment charges when the proper people are notified.

Are others, particularly people from the many many links posted outside of fauna, able to read this without having to log in?

maybe i read it wrong, but i thought he meant their ip was triggered to where they can only read by logging in, and their account is limited to BOI only; whereas all other addresses can still view as guests.

well the terminology is for the police to figure out, all i know is what they did is illegal and i would be seriously disappointed in our authorities if the police would not at least go have a sit down with the wise's over what has happened here especially with all the evidence posted.
