Damm this thread is rather disappointing for me , during the whole ed vs nicole thread i actually was on her side and she was rather help full with questions i had , and now i read the for sale thread of this dragon and its clear as day there . How sad.

Firstly, I am going to admit I did not read Nicole's response. It's obvious from the giant, red text that her temper was getting the better of her, and those posts don't usually reveal a whole lot other than someone typing before thinking clearly.

Nicole, I know I've said this before, and we even discussed it briefly via e-mail, but I will say it again: You really need to step back, calm down, and take a look at your customer service and business practices. It is apparent from this and other BOI threads that the only thing you guarantee (at least, I think you do) is live arrival. Do you seriously not guarantee the color shown in your pictures or the genetics you list in your ads? You do realize that is false advertising, right? No one can do this and argue it's the customer's fault for not knowing/reading your TOS; any company that sells something as one thing and delivers something else entirely is falsely advertising, and companies that do this can be reported and face consequences. (This is not a threat; I have no desire to "turn you in" or anything of the sort. I am simply explaining what can and does happen on occasion.)

Nicole, there is really no way out of this one. There is no way that Paul can be blamed for this. The ad specifically states that you did not breed this particular dragon, and yet you claim several times that you did breed him and he proved out. In one of those two places, you lied. Considering your defense seemed to revolve around that he was sold to you as a double het, I conclude your ad was the truth.

Please, Nicole, you really need to stop and think about what you are doing. You may have been able to finagle out of the other BOI issues that have come up but you can't this one. Please stop blaming all of your problems on others and seriously consider what you are doing and saying. Just do it for a moment, okay? Imagine you just bought a double het (or your dream morph or whatever) from someone, and you find out later that this dream dragon is not actually your dream dragon. You find out that you were sold a normal for the price of your dream dragon. What would you do? How would you feel? What would you think of the seller? Now, imagine if the seller, when you explained the issue to him, threw it back in your face, saying it's not his concern and it was sold to him as your dream dragon. How would you respond?

I ask you to sit down and seriously consider these questions. Stop and honestly think about how you would react to a situation like that. Then, stop and think about how you would prefer such an interaction to take place, and compare that with your reaction to this current issue. What's different? Why is it different?

You don't have to answer these here or anywhere else. I only ask you answer them for yourself.

I apologize; I misread the ad, and it does not state that Nicole did not breed the male herself. I have no idea how I missed that or where I got the info that she did not actually breed him. (I seriously thought the ad said that specifically when I looked at it. Must need sleep, I guess.)

The argument stands, however. In the ad, you say he was bred by Dragonz Whispers, and yet elsewhere, you say you got him from a friend and not Dragonz Whispers. Again, you are lying in one of these two places, Nicole. This isn't quantum mechanics: the dragon can't be both simultaneously bred and not bred by Dragonz Whispers.

I see what the deal is: he was supposedly bred by Dragonz Whispers and sold to a third party, who then sold him to Nicole, who then sold him to Paul. Semantics.

The remainder of my comments stand.... (Plus, we still have the issue of "one clutch" or "two clutches" the dragon sired that someone else brought up.)

Obviously, you DO still have some friends, because even in a thread like this, I see some rare individuals trying to give you good advice. I'm sure I'm going to hear about this later, but as one of the handful of people on here that have attempted to help Nicole in the past with advice, I feel like I NEED to say a few things...

There are limited number of times I'm able to give advice only to have it ignored... I have been saying from the start that Nicole can avoid most if not all of her recent problems by simply BEING HONEST! It is not that difficult of a thing to do really, but this just shows that apparently my advice has yet again fallen on deaf ears...

You said that you were unable to prove the trans gene out in this dragon, and thus would not guarantee that he would produce trans offspring. Unfortunately, the problem sounds to me that producing trans offspring is not the key issue here, being unable to produce ANYTHING is the issue.
You said that you were unsure of the "strength" of his trans genetics... "Strength of genetics"??? REALLY??? A recessive gene's expression is not determined by its "strength", it is determined by its presence! If the gene is there in the homozygous form, it will be expressed.

If the animal sold was in fact Double Het, there MUST be documentation SOMEWHERE... I suggest one of two courses of action here...
1) Find and produce the original paperwork (from the breeder that produced him). This will show everyone that you were in fact telling the truth and that the buyer has just been (Bordering on statistically impossibly) unlucky.
2) TELL THE TRUTH! And then of course do whatever needs to be done to make the situation right.

I know that if you read this you're going to take it as a personal attack (which I assure you it is not). I am simply trying to point out ways you can resolve this OTHER than ignoring it.

Is it really worth the few extra dollars you MIGHT get to say a dragon is DH when it cannot be proven?

I do not like seeing (or understand) the constant lies and twisted truths, especially when simple honesty would put you in such a better position...

Oh I know. My post was more of an oblique warning to those few who might still consider themselves her friends that they will inevitably end up tossed onto the garbage heap of her personal ethics with the rest of her former friends.

Exactly. Nicole practices some BAD business on here, and it's no secret. That in no way means that members should be bashed for stating their opinion. As well it may be funny but dating advice has no place on the boi.

IF YOU READ CORRECTLY, you would see that i am pointing out the few guys that stood behind nicole threw the ed and nicole b.s. Did anyone back up ED??? No, why? because the only people backing up any one was the handful of guys backing up the poor defenseless girl.

Dont have a problem with the rest of you post as its all true , by what does flaming other people not involved in THIS thread serve? i think we can agree that the point of this thread is to try to to light the injustice that happened to the OP. so any other bashing seems rather unnecessary.

as for ed vs nicole thread i think no one backed ed because he has a bigger history of shady practices.i was posting against him there as well but believe me it was not because ed was a man .

Since you posted against ed, did you post against nicole?

Ed has a bigger back ground of shady history, YES! BUT he also has a much bigger back ground of good business compared to nicole, also. Whats his trader rating??? (compared to nicole's)
Nicole is also having more problems with customers than ed is/has in the most recent past. And is getting caught in bad business and lying. you can read any bad guy thread of Nicole's that she responded to and find her lying. and there is 4 bad guy threads in four months. and i believe atleast three of them were b.o.i. worthy.

Believe me I would in no way stand up for the likes of Nicole, but Thomas there is no point bringing up the "other people" in this thread. They are not being accused of anything but stating an opinion that differs from yours.

And this is a very non flaming post , the other person included unneeded name calling in there opinion . im just saying to me its best to make the boi just about the facts and no unneeded name calling or bashing . Such post just take away from the Boi's integrity.

Did i particularly call out a specific person? No, could i have, Yes. So i put NO one else's name in here, to say i am bashing anyone.
But you were saying something about off topic, i think this has been far enough.
Is Nicole done posting on this thread??? So i guess that's where Paul is getting left. tough luck no guarantee? sounds like typical howlin gale dragons business.
