In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Weekend results

Did my first show of the summer on Sunday in St. Robert, MO. Its not a large show, but its fun. I sold some geckos and got a lot of nice compliments from folks. Next month I'm doing a show in Peoria Illinois and I'll have a lot more leos. For those of you who stopped by to say hi, thanks...

    Shed problem, please help

I have a 2 week old baby leo who has had problems with the last 2 sheds. Around his eyes and nose the skin gets stuck. Everywhere else sheds fine, but I have had to help clear his/her face the last 2 times. Otherwise the baby is growing very quickly and doing well and its roommate never has...

I am doing my first show of the summer on Sunday and I am nervous like always. I should change my site name to OCD Geckos, but I don't know if that would catch fire like The Gecko Basement has LOL.. Anyway, I love doing shows to meet and talk to people, but they make me nervous, transporting...

The first is a keeper if she stays nice and dark! The second one might be a keeper too, if she grows up to be a Hybino like her older brother.

    ? about Tremper females

How do you hatch out a female Tremper that is as brightly colored as the males. I haven't seen all that many, but the one I have from Kelli is outstanding. I have hatched out many Trempers in my 82.5 degree incubator and most are that beautiful chocolate. How do you incubate for females, but...

    Just shipped my first gecko....nervous

Even though I think I did everything right, I will be nervous until she gets to NJ. This pic is about 2-3 weeks old. She's really pretty and I'm sure her new owner Lou will enjoy her. I'm still nervous. I think I'll stay up all night tracking the package on the web. That's normal right?

    Handling ? and observation

Do you feel that if you handle (or at least have your hands in with them) the babies that they grow more tolerant or not? I think that the ones that I interact with turn out to be the most docile, but it is sort of like the chicken and the egg. Do I handle them more because they already are...

    Size for shipping?

What size do you wait for babies to reach before you will ship them? I think 15-20g would be fine, what about smaller?
